I called today with a question and the young female who answered the phone " Ellen" was RUDE and totally Unprofessional. She hung up on me because I asked if she was the owner or manager!!! I called again and I asked to speak to Alaina who is the owner and ONCE AGAIN Ellen HUNG UP ON ME!! Why????????????????? What the HELL is wrong with people. If I am on the website and have a SIMPLE QUESTION and want to speak to the manager WHY IS THAT A PROBLEM?????..........They are NARCISSISTIC SOCIOPATHS!!! and PARANOID..........CLEARLY!!! What do they have to HIDE??? REALLY?????
