I have been picking up testosterone, syringes, and needles since June of last year. This CVS has incorrectly filled my prescription each time. I have had to return to CVS to ask them to remove the incorrect information from my account so that I only receive the correct needles and every time they say they will, it never happens. Today I was treated so poorly by a particular staff member, Dave I believe. He insisted I asked for the wrong needles and argued with me while I tried to clearly explain myself over and over. I felt like he was mocking me and I noticed several other staff members staring at this interaction. No one intervened on anyone’s behalf to see what the problem was or to help me. At this point, with the way this CVS has treated me and other transgender people in this area, I can only assume there is intolerance or bigotry at play.

WORST PHARMACY EVER!!!! My 86 year old mother had to pay 287 dollars out of pocket after being assured that insurance will reimburse her so long as she saved the receipt. When I returned for her money back, manager was nasty, impolite and totally disregarded my request. I returned a day later to speak with the person who helped me initially and she just said “sorry “ and “did not know that I provided you the wrong information.” An employee made a false promise that was costly, and management failed to take responsibility. BE CAREFUL WITH THIS PHARMACY!
Today is May 13. I have noticed that my post keeps being removed. Next time it happens I am going to write the names if the manager who was NASTY and UNCOOPERATIVE and the employee who provided wrong information . I am just trying to create awareness so people are careful before going to use your services. TAKE accountability for your actions instead of deleting my posts .

FAT BLACK SECRUITY GAURD FOLLOWED ME AROUND THE STORE AND MADE ME FEEL UNSAFE I WAS SCARED FOR MY WELLBEING AND THE WOMAN STARTED SAYING HORRIBLE THINGS TOWARDS ME AND I HADNT EVEN PICKED ANYTHING UP IM VERY UPSET WITH THIS SERVICE AND WILL BE GOING TO WALLGREENS FROM NOW ON.

This cvs is the worst I have been there three days in a row for help with photos this last time the lady was like o I don’t u are going to have to do them one by one what lady I need like 100 photos some 5x7 and some 8x10 u want me to do this one by one her response well then u can go somewhere else ok u just lost out on made money Walgreens it is this was on 2/2/24 at around 10am like I’m am so done with this cvs this is not the dirty time I have had problems here no one likes to help anyone just like to sit behind the counter a damn shame

There was no one at the counter so I looked around and saw no one and am about to press the ring and the woman with a winter jacket in front of me said am here and I said I that i thought you are a customer and she showed her T-shirt inside and said you see CVS here and it's totally RUDE how the heck I will know what she is wearing inside the jacket...so little MANNER'S is expected to improve...I have visited this store so many times and I never saw this lady anytime nor had this kind of treatment anytime...

Take my advice: go to Walgreens instead of you prefer to have a reliable, friendly customer service experience. They have to lock the medications up (like Tylenol) because of shady characters entering the pharmacy, which is fine except that no staff are ever available to assist with opening the medications up.On top of that, I was not able to receive PAXLOVID prescribed from the pharmacist (inaccurate advertisement on their website) and they make it a run-around goose chase to try to get medications you need. Poorly run location and needs to get it together.

So today, we encounter racist Alison who when she sees me IMMEDIATELY grabs her hand sanitizer and sanitizes her hands before she checked me out AND checks each and every $20.00 bill I JUST pulled from the CVS ATM. Way to go racist Alison! GOOD JOB! ??
