Needed a tow thru my car ins Geico, and have the pleasure of meeting the nicest tow truck driver who remembered assisting my mom before when she had a lot of problems with her Ford Focus. He was super careful with my car and very kind, didn’t rush me and was very fast with getting to us for the tow. Estimated time was for an hr he showed up in a half saying: he had to help the nice lady in distress (my mom). I’m horrible with names but he will always be remembered as the nice guy with the hat ??

Just got a tow with these guys. The operator made me laugh and I needed that. Tow truck showed in about 30 minutes, great!, and the 2 guys were wise guys that broke the ice and made me feel well taken care of. Wish I got their names, they towed me safely to my mechanic and left me happy with their service! The 2 tow guys were quick, efficient and professional. Thank you guys! I appreciate you!

Very friendly customer service. I called two days ago to have my car towed and the woman who answered the phone was very respectful and very understanding of my situation. The driver Sean was very respectful and very knowledgeable. I really appreciate this company. Much respect.

Great, prompt, friendly service. Was shocked at how fast they arrived. Great couple of guys. Unfortunately I flatted on the side of the road, put in request for roadside assistance and they were on the scene in tops 25 minutes. Had me rolling shortly after. Thanks for the help guys!

I broke down in a dangerous spot with my children and dog in the car. A kind person got us to a safe spot, then drove us home. The police called for a tow since AAA was going to take to long with where my car was stuck. The officer took my number and said she would call me when the tow truck showed up but she did not. I had to call the police dept to track down my car. When I called to make sure that Columbus was who towed my car, they were immediately and incredibly rude to me "yeah we towed it, what are you gonna do with it!?" Umm, I'm calling you to figure that out, but first I had to locate it. 0/10 customer service skills!

Incredibly rude to me! I broke down in a very unsafe place with my children and dog with me. The police called for a tow since AAA service was going to take too long and where my car was stuck could have caused a bad accident. First, I didn't know were my car ended up because the officer told me we could be driven home and she would call me when the tow truck showed up, but didn't. I had to call the police dept to track down my car, and when I called Columbus the person on the phone said, "Yeah, we towed it, what are you gonna do with it?!" Umm, I was calling you to figure that out! Jerk!

3 hour wait for a lock out. I called every hour to check ETA and was told a couple mins away each time. This tow company sucks.

My car got a flat, couldn't use the spare, they called and where there when they said, very courteous, got my car to its destination with no issues at all. I would recommend them. Great customer service! One of the men was named John. Thanks again guys!!
