There has been continues problems with our Metris Van. They continuously fail to fix the actual problem, instead they create new problems, they charge us towing fee every time it breaks again and they don't get it back to us for weeks. They also know nothing about customer service over phone and are outright rude.

Wonderful service department!! We have been on the road for over 3 weeks in our 24’ Sprinter and had a problem with our tires, as they were showing lots of wear very suddenly. Not every dealership has the equipment necessary to work on these vans and we had been looking as we travelled to no avail until we came through new London. The service rep, Tracy couldn’t have been more professional or more friendly. She squeezed us in as we had no appointment and was able to walk us through as the guys put two new tires on so that we could safely continue our journey. We are very grateful for the help. What a terrific crew! Thank you all, I’m sure you saved us a blow out on down the road.

Brought my sprinter in for a check engine light in on Wednesday, my app indicated that they never unlocked my van, they never checked out the problem. I was told at the end of the day it was something they couldn’t diagnose. Was told I would have an update Thursday morning. No one called and I got my first notification of the van being unlocked was the at around 1130 am. I received a phone call around 2 saying it was a fuel tank leak but where the leak was wasn’t clear. It would require them draining the fuel tank , dropping it and doing a smoke test. Although not sure they indicated that it may have been caused by the up fitting of the van. The up fitting that was sold to me by this dealership and installed by their vendor. If the case it would not be covered by the warranty. Today I received a phone call saying it was a kinked vapor line which occurred during a recall that involved them dropping the tank less than a year ago. Keep in mind that this is a work vehicle that due to this dealership has been out of commission for three days now. When I went in to grab some items from my van I met with the service manager. He quickly said that he had spoken to the tech and that they couldn’t determine why the line was linked and inferred that it probably wasn’t something that was their fault but out of the goodness of their heart there would be no charges. So I guess that them dropping the fuel tank and reinstalling it would not be a indication that it kinked because of their lack of skill doing the job properly. My only compensation for the problem would be that they would replace the kinked line on Monday because they didn’t have the part. 4 days now with a downed vehicle. But they’re going to not charge me for a oil change that was also happening on this visit. I was considering buying a new van for myself and passing this one on to my employee but I would not purchase anything ever again from this dealership. If your inclined to make a purchase from them do yourself a favor and reconsider. I was warned before I bought this to buy it from another company but I didn’t listen. Live and learn.

I have always had mercedes and would never take my cars anywhere else for service. Rebecca in service is excellent. I give her 10 stars! They always clean your car when they are done inside and out. I recommend them 100%

Had a great experience with the service department. The representative was extremely helpful and did a great job explaining everything. I needed a check engine light code read and they got me in and out right away. Mercedes North Haven needed my car a whole day to pull codes and threatened a $199 fee if the issue was not covered by warranty. I highly recommend Mercedes New London for service issues.

The best Mercedes Benz Car Dealership I have no words to describe each department is super friendly
The service department provided excellent help and repair despite closing time provided extra technician to complete the task. Parts department gets 5 Stars despite of getting the parts the part didn’t required they refunded the amount without any questions.
I will be their customer for my future car care

I had to Bring the car in for a recall on the airbag while they had it they did some other maintenance even washed and vacuumed the car very courteous staff great service dept.
