I want to share my recent shopping experience. I bought a pair of shoes, along with some garments and perfumes. At the checkout, the shoes didn’t have any tags, so the cashier entered the details manually. The receipt clearly stated a 30-day return policy. However, when I tried to return the shoes on the third day after my purchase, they refused to accept them, claiming they couldn’t process the return because the shoes had no tags. This is despite the fact that there were no tags on the shoes at the time of billing either. This seems like a new kind of scam. Be cautious when buying anything from this store, as they apparently don’t honor their refund policy.

Enjoy shopping here but I don't like that I was charged for a bag that I didn't even need or ask for or was even asked by the cashier if I wanted to purchase one. I could care less about .10 cents but you should really be asking the customers if they want one before charging them a bag that they might not need. I just assumed it was free since Roodley ( name on my receipt) just put my items in a bag, and didnt ask if i wanted one until I got home and looked at my receipt and saw a bag fee.

This place good for shopping not for job.....they say on recording when u call store they are hiring but do interviews and not hiring... I applied then they said we're not hiring just doing interviews...That's discrimination...I wont apply here again. I applied Twice. Called Customer service on new London store...

I always find cute outfits for my grandchildren at Burlington and at very reasonable prices. I always check out the housewares. They carry scrubs too so I always check those out.

With so many people here and they only have 2 fitting rooms for men's and ladies. Lines at fitting rooms gets crazy. The lights it has don't even work they turn green even with people in it.
