Got a wheel alignment for 4999+ tax and was charged 10% interest for paying cash because he said $55 cash, so is it customary to charge an extra 4% tax that you pocket when you pay cash instead of card

The worst place in New London for people to go to get your service done if you don’t know how to check your car to know if the service is done don’t go to them Last time I go to them to got my oil change and My alignment done and I bought two used tires from them they give me the tires with plugs on them they know that they not supposed to do that it’s Illegal 1 and then they told me they changed my oil when went in my car I seen the oil is not changed when I told the guy at the front desk they don’t charged my oil when he called one of their Mechanician asked him what happened why he doesn’t changed my oil he said that he was forgot about it and then they were already charged my Debit card for everything and the Mechanician don’t put back my tires locked Back in my trunk I have to go back to them for it I was already on my way to go to New York the front desk guy has enough nerves to told me that the bad tires with the plugs on wasn’t from them they’re not serious at all over there the put on the wrong guys at the right place Be careful with them watch your back when you guys going to them

I'm a mechanic of sorts myself. After changing the rotors and brakes on my wife's vehicle, I noticed that my tires needed to be rotated and balanced.So, I went to Auto Hub Plus. I previously went here on the recommendation of my brother and they aligned my vehicle at the time. This time, it was for the rotation and balance. When I got there, the employees quickly attended to me. The owner of the facility charged me a very good price and the job was done in a good amount of time. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is interested.

Truck broke down on 95...called to ask if they could look at it. When AAA towed it there they looked at it immediately and were able to quickly fix it and get me back on my way HIGHLY RECOMMEND

My 2010 car's rear struts have needed replacements twice during the past 13 years, and then 14 months ago the passenger side strut a third time. My auto mechanic usually trusty all these past years replaced it free a year ago, but a few months ago it began making clanking sounds all over again. Time to seek a new mechanic. So last week I tried Auto Hub.They performed a thorough inspection of the strut, the bushings, the axel, etc, and could find nothing wrong, for which diagnostic time they charged me nothing. Then in a stroke of genius, they suggested to swap the two rear struts, to see if the clanking sound switched with that, too, in order to be sure it was the strut and not something else. Result? Noise gone! So it was a loose connection somewhere, now solved.Thank you, Auto Hub!

I went on 11/27/22 to get front and rear brake pads only to have them twist my brake line which enabled the fluid to work efficiently. Yesterday I had car trouble due to this neglect.
