“Living at 60 Mansfield is an incredible experience!Donna, Corinne, and Fernando are all phenomenal. Not only are they engaging, but they also handle any questions or concerns with care and efficiency.The amenities are top-notch, truly appreciated the Amazon Lockers they had for packages. The building is maintained regularly inside and out, including the grounds. They regularly have service providers/vendors come in to ensure things are in good condition. If there are any issues or fixes needed in the apartment, Fernando is on it promptly!There were also regularly scheduled social events to bring the residents together and for us to get to know each other. We are genuinely grateful for the positive living experience they provide. The overall atmosphere makes it a fantastic place to call home (clean, comfortable, and quiet). Highly recommend it to anyone seeking a welcoming and well-managed residence in New London!”

“I was very fortunate to have lived here. Being in the military with a fast moving lifestyle to come home to a great apartment to slow things down was amazing. Adam the building manager would address my concerns within a timely manner so I always felt heard. The maintenance team was amazing being in a new building I rarely had issues but when I did I put in a service request and it was fulfilled within the week. I am grateful to the team at the docks for their constant flexibility and patience. I would highly recommend the docks to anyone looking for a place to live in the new london area.”
