Worldwide Fish and Pets is now Danny's Worldwide Fish and Pets. I just recently purchased a few unique fish such as SA puffers, Ballon belly Rams, etc. I contacted Danny to explain my situation as I was replacing fish that passed and I had to do a total shutdown, clean, and restart, but, because of the difficulty finding the SA puffers (and at a reasonable price), I wanted to order them. Danny explained that they sent fish out on Mondays, but, if I needed that extra time, he would be happy to send it out a week later. Danny was true to his word and these fish arrived overnighted on Tuesday. They are beautiful and you can definitely tell they were carefully packed with the idea they might not be handled gently even though the box was marked perishable. Thank you, Danny, for truly caring about the fish and your customers. a.k.a forever customer

This past year I made multiple orders online to have fish shipped from me, from the new owner of Worldwide Fish and Pets. Through most of the orders a few fish would die here and there, and the owner told me that he would refund the money. After a while I went back through my credit card statements and noticed that he was more often than not, not refunding the money back on to my card. When I added up all the fish that he owed me, it came out to around 500 dollars. I told him this and he refused to refund me the money, saying that he would only give me store credit even though most of the fish I ordered were out of stock, on top of that expecting me to pay shipping.Also, when I had asked if I needed to quarantine his fish; he had said I did not need to worry about doing that. Yet on one occasion I had fish that had come in with some kind of parasite inside of all of them and then another where they had ICK, which ended up killing the other fish in the tank.

Ordered a rope fish and siamese flying fox, both fish arrived healthy and alive! They even sent an extra flying fox luckily, as one of them sadly parished. But the rope and living sff are coloring up great! Would recommend.

The owner is AWESOME! I live in SC and called on the phone to inquire about a Rope fish! Danny was very helpful and shipped it on Wednesday, I received it next day in the most careful of packaging! As you can see Dobby is thriving and healthy in my black water aquarium! I’m so happy with this business I’m ordering another rope fish and pretty much most all of my aquarium needs from now on.

Damn. been going here for years. Didn't even know their name was "worldwide fish & pets". The new owners are personable and helpful. Love their staff. Knowledgeable and nice. Just spent like $150 on fish and fishtank stuff, so I'm happy!

Every animal had FILTHY water. It was disgusting. These animals count on you for care. Change their water & clean their cages. The back of the store was an absolute mess & some of the tanks had dead fish in them just poisoning the water for the other fish. Fish out the dead ones! But do better by these other animals. Poor rabbits and birds are drinking filth.

The owner is the worst. He will short changed you and sell you sick fish. The place is super dirty inside. The three fish that I bought from him all died within 24 hours. Worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with would not shop there ever again.

This shop exploits exotic animals and the owner acted like a bully. I was shopping in the same plaza one day and I could hear baby parrots screaming all the way into the parking lot. Concerned, I stepped in to see what was going on. When I questioned (in a civil manner) the owner, he told me to get the hell out of his store and escalated the issue. Then he approached me as if to physically intimidate me. While I was in the store, I saw many baby parrots packed into a cage with no mother, screaming. This business ships animals like they're cargo and if you look at the pictures on their Google account, the fish look sick. One reviewer had pictures of the store where one bird had no feathers on the chest, crust on his beak and several birds were in tanks with pine shavings! Tanks are not for birds. And, Pine shaving are very bad for animals in tanks because these small animals (and especially birds) have very sensitive respiratory systems and pine dust makes it very hard for them to breath. Also fish are not disposable. They are living breathing beings and can suffer as any animal can. Please consider never buying "exotic" animals if you truly love them because this business causes immense suffering.

Just placed the first of what I hope to be many orders from worldwide. Excellent customer service even when I had to call twice due to a mistake of ordering 2 instead of 1 by accident. Guy was super helpful assured me no issues he'd refund one and have my fish shipped today super pleased with the service to say the least

Ordered a 3" Blue Phantom Pleco for $115 on 5/24. 1.5" Pleco arrived on 7/26 and was eaten immediately by 4" Oscar. Expensive feeding. I didn't receive what I paid for and it took 2 months to arrive. I would not shop there again.

I am thrilled to find Demason Cichlids at this pet store, I have spent months searching for this newly discovered species. They offered to add 1 extra fish after usps lost my first package, and they all survived the USPS transit. Definitely ordering from them in the future.

I found WorldWide Fish & Pets online searching for an Oscar. The service was top notch. I got the Oscar the next day with overnight shipping to Alabama. He is happy in his new home. I definitely recommend this company, I will be shopping again with them.
