My girlfriend called first thing in the morning, was told that her ID for her clinical program that is required for her to attend her nursing program was ready, so we drove an hour to get there, the staff was rude to her and told her "she can get it Monday" and offered no apology whatsoever. If it wasn't required, we wouldn't give them any business.

The worst, don't even bother with this business, there will be no estimate arrival day for your order. After a week of my order, they emailed me saying the item is out of stock.

I was admittedly a little worried about ordering after reading some of these reviews, but to say I was pleasantly surprised would be an understatement! EXCELLENT customer service--The moment I walked in the door, I was greeted by a lovely man who introduced himself as Helder. He was very helpful when needed but also gave me the space to explore on my own. Since then, I've placed multiple orders through the Yale portal and have had almost all orders arrive in just over a week (one took two weeks, but someone called to let me know). I'm not sure if something changed over the last year, but whatever it was I'm glad it did!

Had issues with WHDR before, but I’m happy to report that a conversation with the manager sorted everything out. I’m grateful for their understanding and conflict resolution, and I’m now on my way to receive all of my order in a timely manner. Thank you, WHDR!

Register lady just thinks she knows everything, she doesn’t take the time to listen, the look I get entering the store isn’t welcoming either! My shirt order took over two months just to not have a logo on them.

They should let people know when they order online that it could take up to 2 weeks for delivery. I have a order that has been processing for 4 days now with no update on when it will ship.Update 10 days later and no shipping info don't order online from them if you're looking for a normal delivery time frame.

As a professional store you go there and waist time trying to figure out the sizes. They have to arrange things right. The employees and also not helpful. You are on your own if it's your first time!!

For most online orders they are a third party vendor. Almost two weeks and still no ETA when I will get the coveralls I ordered. order at your own risk and don't order If you need anything within a month.

I had delivery problems last year when, as a YNHH employee, I ordered through the Yale intranet marketplace, received a confirmation email to only be told that “one system didn’t interface with the other.” And my Christmas gifts arrived mid January. So this year, I double checked. An order was placed 12/2 and I received my confirmation email. When I double checked after a couple days, I found that the items I ordered were back ordered and wouldn’t arrive til Jan 10. Don’t you think some communication letting me know that would have been appropriate and responsible? You have held a monopoly on YNHH apparel for too long and I would love to see YNHH offered other options than your company.

I ordered online 2wks ago and haven't received my order and when I tried to sign in online, it said my order didn't exist. I've emailed and called....no response. I don't know what else to do.

The young lady in the front was very professional and easy to speak with, but they did not have my size online or in store and they take too long to get shipment in. I had to buy mine in Walmart which I hate because of the material is thin and hard for for a Northerner to wear during the frigid temperatures right now (its January) also it costs a lot of money to embroider them so I had to pay just as much as their uniforms just worst material.

If I didn't have to buy from here as a Yale employee, I wouldn't. Every single time there's a problem. From phone calls that aren't returned to orders that are lost or incorrect to poor communication between their own people. Each yearly order is like gearing up for a gyne exam--no choice but to suffer through it. Yale needs to offer us more flexibility in our uniform purchases instead of giving this place the monopoly.
