I walked in and was not greeted or asked how they could assist. When the next customer (a white woman) walks in they speak to her. When I spoke to the owner about it he said “l can’t speak stop and speak to everyone that comes in here, I’d get nothing done”. The place the size of a shoe box mind you, so If you would like retail service from someone who isn’t racist go elsewhere

This is a wonderful place. This is a family owned business. His repairs he has done for me were phenomenal. Jewelry prices everywhere are based on the prices of precious metals. Every purchase was in a nice jewelry box. Mike is always going the extra distance. I had a ring that I wasn't sure what the stone was and he willingly checked it for me. It turned out to be a lab created stone. The department store I bought it from, the tag said stone.

Westville Jewelers is a wonderful family owned store with beautiful jewelry, and the owners are awesome people, helpful, courteous and Mike the jeweler is incredibly talented. Just visited them for fixing watch batteries and length adjustment and had wonderful experience, very reasonable price and quick service however what touched me the most was their passion to get some package for one of their customers from FedEx that was delayed and they were checking various options with FedEx to get it before Christmas Eve. God bless them!!!

Westville Jewelers⭐ has some of the nicest jewelry ever seen ,, I always bring my Jewelry to them to get fixed ,Or I buy a new piece... I just brought a pendant down there to get fixed .. They are quick and very good at it not to mention the staff is very nice

Got one ring resized, and another repaired + resized. Total for all was $60 and took a few days. They even came back shiny + polished. Pictured is the band repair.

Couldn't be better: excellent and reasonably priced repair work, and beautiful, not run-of-the-mill estate jewelry. Mike repaired my mother's wedding bands, made them look better than new, and even solved my design challenge - how to be able to wear them as rings or earrings. My new go-to place.

i have dealt with this jeweler for several years. mike is a great guy. he does great repair work. his prices are very reasonable. no reason to go anywhere else.
