Never an issue for me at this location. Staff is always polite and friendly.

I love this banking institution so much where the attention is exclusive, very pleasant and special, all the staff are incredible loving human beings, I have never had complaints from anyone and never received bad attention, they definitely get a score of 1000✖️ 1000 I always very grateful.

Great bank and beautiful building—when they are open. They constantly close without warning, which is a problem when it’s the only Wells Fargo in New Haven. Management is ruining this bank I’m afraid.
