The customer service and employees in the pharmacy department have no empathy or customer service skills. Everytime I go there for my two year old daughter, I always run into an issue. They are always on there phones and seem to be on lunch constantly.

0 stars. Staff move at a snails pace, have no clue what they're doing. Make waits longer then needed. "Can't find your scripts" and "try a different pharmacy" when you're sick and exhausted is so infuriating. Pathetic. Health care in this country is a disgrace.

My 3 year old had a bathroom emergency so we ran into Walgreens to buy a pull up/supplies and use the bathroom. We were told the bathroom is only for customers by the sales person while we were pushing a cart full of diapers and wipes. I told them my son had an accident and needed to go in. I was told, "that's our policy, can't help you" Currently changing a diaper in the parking lot with my 18 month old and 3 year old after spending 20+ dollars in the store. Use Amazon or online pharmacy. This place is absolute trash.

Today 12- 13- 2021 I arrived at the pharmacy at 6:30, and it was closed, although the pharmacy is closed at 7 o'clock ... My mother needed antibiotics ... This is not true.

Forget all Walgreens, especially this location. Their prices are some of the highest in the industry for medications, and you will wait 30-60 minutes just to pick up your prescriptions even if they are ready....car lines of 7 or more vehicles are commonplace, and many times the pharmacy is closed because the pharmacist didnt show up or is "at lunch"...more like out to lunch. No one is accountable, corporate doesnt answer calls for complaints, there is no email complaint form, the district or regional.manager contacts are absent, and the automated system is a joke...make a point by not patronizing this chain anymore and going to someplace like RiteAid which is much better. No, I'm not affiliated with RiteAid...I've used Walgreens for 25 years, but over the past several years they have gotten worse while raising prices into the stratosphere...no more...bye!

My wife had surgery yesterday at Yale New Haven Hospital. The hospital sent in her prescriptions to Walgreens. 16 hours later the prescriptions had not been filled. When speaking with the folks at Walgreens, they said there was a problem with the prescription. We called the insurance company who said there is no problem. The insurance company called Walgreens and got hung up on. They finally got through and were told that the Walgreens needed to confirm with the doctor. Even though they told me that they it had been rejected by Walgreens. We are working on getting this addressed, but strongly recommend against getting prescriptions from this Walgreens.

Terrible place. No one answers the ohone nobody ever gets back to you on prescriptions. Ask for urgent medication a week ago still not read. The. Told they can't dispense l. Always am excuse for their terrible service.
