Please do not go here, they were extremely unprofessional and discriminatory. I had a terrible experience at this place this evening. I called ahead and asked for a full-set and color change on my toes. They said they would be able to do that, so I did a walk-in. A woman gave me a full set with poor shaping (I asked for coffin) and made two of my nails bleed. It turns out no one in the shop was willing to or could do the design I asked for. They passed my phone around for 10 minutes and were laughing and making faces at the basic design I was asking for. It was clear I was being treated poorly compared to others, as all of the customers who paid prior to me were treated with respect and given prices that matched the pricing list. I even changed the design I was asking for to make it more basic (similar to French tips). When I asked how much it would be, they discussed for about 5-10 minutes and gave me a ridiculous price for a color change on my toes that was not listed on the pricing list. When I said never mind to the toes, my nail tech got an attitude and told me to "come back tomorrow for my nail design since it would take an extra hour." I still paid full price for this unfinished set, and was even charged extra for "long nail" and "shape."

I went to this location because it was the only nail salon open on a Sunday…my sister and I waited for over 2 hours. We were greeted poorly, the two workers there made us feel unwelcome. The worker with short hair kept vaping and even ordered food while doing my sisters nails and left to go get it, poor customer service. I’m assuming it’s a guy, he made my sisters finger bleed, she didn’t even get the design that she wanted. These workers are upset because it’s only them two working and I get it, but how can you have signs everywhere asking for tips when your customer service is terrible. They charged me $115 and included tip making it $122 (they tried to say it’s taxes), and asked for even more tip lmao I’m not coming back here ever.

I havent been back here in a while and I do not think I will be returning. First, its like super cold outside, when I entered the building and requested for a mani/pedi french set, I noticed it was the same temp as outside. I was freezing, and of course they put me at the front window. It was so cold inside the water in the front pedi seat wouldn't get warm. Luckily she took me to a chair in the back. Once she began I knew that it wasn't going to be relaxing. She cut me several times. I'm trying to be nice and not say anything so I just kept wincing in pain so she would notice. She says sorry then continues to cut my skin. Ugh, finally the design. I asked for French and she just couldn't get it right kept starting and stopping then starting all over. At that point of starting over again I was like I don't want it any more just give me a plain color. She said my one foot was fine and of course it wasn't two seconds later she's scratching at it and begins to try and start over. I said nope, just take it off and do plain nude. I'm still sitting here waiting for her to finish cleaning up the edges she continues to mess up. I no longer want the manicure either. I'm taking the hint and going somewhere else. Never again.

The last time I got my nails was a year ago, and it was here at Vivian's, and it's been a year because the nail tech lady hurt my nails so bad, that I've been absolutely afraid to get them done again. Not to mention she was unkind, it was so uncomfortable. I was afraid to tell her when she was hurting me because she looked at me angry when I pulled my hand back when she gouged my nails. I walked out and 7 nails were bleeding. I will NEVER go back there and tell everyone who I know how awful it was.

I wasn't going to post anything negative because I'd hate to leave bad reviews for a business that's well loved. But as I was searching for a new place to go to after my last couple experiences with them, I saw I previously left a review. I felt it was best to update. I won't go into detail, but just know I emailed photos to the business after my last experience and my email was completely ignored. So I feel changing my stars was appropriate.

Visited so many salon including the famous mosaic salon but none compares to Vivian. The ladies completely know what they are doing. To these date it's the only salon I have returned to and will completely recommend and continue to go. One salon ripped my acrylic off my natural nail while taking off pieces of skin and nail using not one once of product. While Vivian lady's always are careful and try not to damage the natural nail. I do not recommend one in specific I have gone to multiple of the lady's and they have all done an amazing job. For this picture product use were "OPI put it in neutral & mirror chrome 88 ($15 extra for the chrome)" not the opi chrome. The picture quality does not do it justice. More than amazing work!

Well first of all for me honesty is everything and when you have a price on the board and charge another is not ok. The girl that did my nails very nice girl but didn’t know much about doing nails when she was done she had a ball of acrylic on the paper towel and pay $75 I know things are hard for everyone and nails are a luxury not a necessary so if I am paying I want to pay for something nice done.Service: Acrylic nails
