This store has been scamming customers since the day they opened. No other Verizon store besides them on Chapel St in New Haven charges customers a $10 upcharge (outside of taxes) just for using cash as a payment option.. They tried it with me and several other people i know who have had them as a service for years and even the North Haven store said what they do is illegal. Stop dealing wity this location people they are bad business

Really rude! The girl working over there acted like she doesn't care about the customer and Verizon. She talked to me outside the store didn't even let me in to talk. I haven't seen the bad customer service like this before!

Terrible. Go in to upgrade a phone. One person working with another customer. Sat there over 30 minutes. No one acknowledged I was there. Just terrible customer service. Why would a Verizon store not even acknowledge a waiting customer? Furthermore, the sales rep was visually annoyed with the customer she was helping. Her tone was condescending, and her eye rolls were uncalled for. Bottom line: Is it so much to ask for, "Welcome to Verizon. We'll be with you shortly?"

My experience here was so smooth and easy! Kylie was so knowledgeable and walked me through all of my options. She helped me get a new phone, answered all of my questions kindly and with patience, and set it up alongside me. Thank you for making the experience so enjoyable!

I give 5 stars to rep but 1 star for customer phone service... I appears to me the store rep had no in house point of contact to help her for technical support after she troubleshooted my phone and could not get desire results I was in the store for 3 1/2 hrs because she had to speak to several people to resolve my phone problem of not receiving calls...She had to stay on hold waiting for assistance 1/2 hr to 45mins each she called for help at one point someone told her that there was an outage and service would not be restored for 14hrs...each technical person gave a different reason of why I couldn't receive calls...I was told they would call me at home, they didnt call my land line at the time we agreed on...So I later called stayed on hold for another 40 mins and found out it was upgrade gone bad (called One Talk or something like that) to my phone and it had to be uninstall from my phone which only took 2 seconds to perform but cost me hours...the store rep tried hard to help me for hours by calling...she was put on hold for long periods of time she apologized and was very nice... big fail for customer phone service ...kudos to the store rep for being polite and caring while attempting to find out what was wrong by using her troubleshooting techniques before calling.

Long story short, I was having a pretty bad morning and lost my phone! After trying other options, I walked over to Verizon and was pleasantly greeted by an employee there, Kylie. She helped me through the whole process of, at first, trying to locate my phone, then calling Apple to reset my Apple ID (Apple was no help), and ultimately buying a new phone (which I was going to anyway that day because I had trade in offers). We explored the best offer I could get without my old phone for a trade in. Kylie was so helpful and patient throughout the whole process. It was like I was with my friend trying to solve my problems of the day! She was thorough, patient, knowledgeable, and most importantly, and what I needed most that day, she was kind. She definitely went above and beyond her job description. THANK YOU, KYLIE! 5+++ stars all around!

Stopped in for assistance. My Mr. and I had each purchased a new iPhone 13 and had been emailed a return label to send in our old phones which required a box to snail mail. Asked if their location had return boxes to complete the process. Were told they might have these in their backroom but that we should double check our email again to see if the boxes were being sent to us. ?? We in the Verizon shop at that moment where there were two employees, listlessly leaning on the displays with no other customers about. The emails mentioned nothing about boxes being sent. I get it that the store was to close in about 20 minutes. Maybe make an effort in the meantime and at least check their backroom? Or qualify the truculent attitude by explaining boxes are held specifically for phones purchased at that location if this perhaps is indeed the case? We left and went to another Verizon store where we were provided the requested items readily with a smile. Nice to know that pleasant customer service is available at the Verizon store- just not this one.

The staff at this store are incredibly helpful and accommodating. I called 10 mins before the store was closing, and they were so helpful. They troubleshooted with me, and worked with me until my issue was resolved, until well after the store was closed. Great customer support and could not recommend them more!
