I recently moved out-of-state and I missed this USPS location so much I had to write a review. This place was always an easy experience. Almost never had a line (and if there was it was quick). The employees were always polite, helpful, and knowledgeable. I used to drive past a different post office just to come to this location for better service!

I went in to send a letter to the IRS- the lady at the counter walked me through sending a certified mail. In and out in 5 minutes, pretty good

I give 5 stars for the post office itself. Major is absolutely fantastic at his job and is wonderfully helpful. He also seems very patient and has a good sense of humor, which I’m sure he needs working at that post office. The delivery drivers on the other hand have earned a 1 star review. I have had packages thrown into our yard, mail that has simply never showed up, and have had claims that signatures were attempted yet was home all day and our security system never recorded anyone coming to the door. I definitely recommend physically going to the post office to receive exceptional service.

Really nice and accomdating. The Westville post office closed for no reason so they had to deal with a long line. They still tried their best to help us and even apologized to everyone about the wait.

I was at the Post Office in Woodbridge on July 30. Clerk 20 was on duty. An older women, I would offer a layperson's diagnosis of MS, was at the clerk's station. The Clerk went out of her way to be responsive and kind addressing her customer's needs. At the same time, the Clerk also reached over into the station next to her and serviced each of the 3 waiting customers while remaining attentive to the customer at her station. Kudos to Clerk 20!

Dropped off packages for shipping, female counterperson was kind and helpful. Everyone wore masks & stayed safe.

They changes staff and the present one is rude and uncooperative. Received very little help when I enquired about missing package. One attendant kept removing his mask to speak. No distancing rules.
