This is the best USPS office i have ever been to. The staff are really listening to me patiently and trying to help me, using their expertise. No wonder there are many good ratings on google map. Definitely use this one over others.

Haven't been here in years and it is still as efficient as it was back then. The staff is helpful and they have respectful attitudes towards their customers. They also have poster 7 posted as directed. The hours are 8am-4pm weekdays and 8am-12pm Saturdays according to staff on 1/18/2023.

Bob is amazing!!! I came in concerned with sending my passport renewal application, he was helpful and knowledgeable and patient with me despite me being anxious about it! He also was playing great music and told me that he MAKES the mixed CD's himself to bring back old songs/memories for the customers! What a thoughtful man. Highly recommend!

Best postal service I've ever experienced in my 60yrs the ladies who work there are awesome ? very polite extremely knowledgeable, and an overwhelming willingness to help. Unfortunately not the case at some of the other locations hopefully this site can lead by example. Ty

No access to delivery location lol really, yesterday I saw my mailman walk through mountains of snow delivering huge packages with no problem and now you tell me you cant delivery my small package with less snow in the way today, whatever

This is one of the better post offices in New Haven. The employees are always kind, helpful, and efficient. I've never had a problem sending high priority, official documents overseas or within the US from this location. Thank you!
