Not really a Post Office, just PO boxes. Tells you to go to real post office if you actually to do something as basic a buying stamps.

I'm not quite sure why that place is there. There's P.O. boxes, but other than that it has no other function. Not that there is a such thing as a U.S. post office that functions or anything. Because let's face it, what do the human beings that work at post offices actually do? Makes me wonder *giggles and grins*

There is no post office here. They do not help you send mail or packages, sell stamps, or do anything a real post office does. It is merely a place for PO boxes. However, there is a post office box outside this location.

Why bother listing this? If you have a PO box here you know it exists, if you don't it only serves to waste your time when you run out to try to mail something and discover you can't do that here.

You can receive and send packages here. It's clean considering the area, air conditioned and convenient, for me anyway.

This is NOT a full service post office. When the downtown New Haven post office on the ground floor of the Federal Building closed for security reasons, its rental post boxes were moved here. If you want to buy a stamp, mail a package, or get a passport, you will have to go elsewhere. The lobby is always neat and clean. The one star rating is no selection on those who staff and maintain it; it is simply not a pot office, and New Haven should have one downtown. Fun fact: this spot is the home of a former dirty book store.

They do not do any kind of services here or sell anything. You can only get mail from a PO box.

Not a real post office.
