Coming here is a hit or miss for me. I’ve come here straight from work one afternoon, business/casually dressed and was profiled and followed. I ended up leaving without purchasing anything. I returned last week (although I shouldn’t have, but they have suchhhh cute sh!t) and, although there were a great selection of clothes, more size & length variations are
needed. None of the associates were engaging or really asking if I needed help until I went into the dressing room to try on a dress and that is when I encountered Mark. Omg you are a star! Super personable and helpful, super charismatic, so soft spoken just a kind guy. So I’ll give it 3 stars because of Mark! Mark if you see this, keep being who you are because you ROCKKKK!!!!

One of my fav stores ever. I love coming in here. I love the fact it has an upstairs. I also like the wide variety of products being sold. I enjoy coming in here. I love the customer service and enjoy the atmosphere.

I went here today on Tuesday july 30th 2024 and the staff was so wonderful and helpful I felt moved. I have never left a review anywhere but my experience wouldn’t have been the same without them all. Thank you for help and guidance.

Perfume selection, smell wonderful quality wonderful I would stop in anytime again. The store is beautiful.

Loved shopping at this UO! I really like how the store is both timeless and trendy. I think the prices are a bit on the mid-higher range. But I appreciate the style and it’s popularity. It was pretty tidy and well organized when I visited. Also very easy to find things.

this urban outfitters has such good stuff! i was about to spend all my money here, no joke. they had a sale when i was there and my bank account completely lost it. the interior is also gorgeous with lots of light. the actual design of the place is better than any of the others i've seen. staff wasn't anything exceptional or outstanding, just nice people. but i thought the actual store was probably one of my favorites.

About average for an Urban Outfitters. Not an exceptional level of selection compared to other locations. Similarly designed with lots of light, which is nice. Staff is helpful and pleasant. Main drawback is street parking only since you're in downtown New Haven and they have no bathrooms (even for customers) so you either have to use the bathrooms at the Apple store or Donut Crazy down the street.

Really expensive but the staff at this location is super nice, amazingly so, and the prices are incredible when they have stacked sales, but I would honestly return just for the amazing service

Staff is usually friendly and helpful!
Lines in this store in particular are usually very fast (at least in my experience). Good selection of clothes, but definitely your usual UO expensive prices.
