My daughters back window lock mechanism broke on her Jeep Liberty. Jeep dealership told her $500 to fix it without really looking at it and so I started looking for other options. I reached out to Two Cousins based on some reviews and got Rich who told me to have her bring it in. He was working hard on another project and he stopped, worked on her lock for 10 minutes and fixed it!!! He didn't charge my daughter and was so respectful and kind with her. This kind of customer service is almost non existent these days. I couldn't be happier with Two Cousins and their talented knowledgeable and friendly staff! THANK YOU!!!

Truly satisfied and impressed with this business. I've had body work done before and have never really been 100% Satisfied. It's the little things. The imperfections that my eye immediately gets drawn to. I was told I had a three stage paint job that no one wanted to touch, or it was going to be so expensive. These guys pulled off the job with perfection! But not just perfect, reliable. The car was ready when they said. The job was impecable and the price. I would have gladly paid more, but they were better than fair. They were downright inexpensive. Cannot say enough about these guys.

Richard, the owner, took about 60 days to finish a job that Geico claimed would take 3 days. I personally would have been happy with 21 days. When I called for updates Richard was not helpful and at about day 53 he requested that I confront him live, presumably for a fist fight to settle matters. A week later, he completed the job with his usual good skill, but did not include the Hyundai logos on the trunk lid, I believe 3 logos. His assistant told me that he would call me back to get these put on. Richard did not respond to my e-mails about getting this work done and eventually in an e-mail requested I call him. When I called him he raised a question as to whether the logos were included in the invoice that was paid at the car pick up earlier. I said that regardless it was meant to be part of the job required. He got angry and again requested that I come to his shop to settle matters which I understood to be by physical combat. I hung up on him. He texted or e-mailed me stating that the parts and installation were on the invoice, but that the parts were still on back order. My search of the internet seemed to show that the parts were readily available.

Came by to get an estimate with Ritchie this morning. Great and trustworthy gentleman. He already fixed part of my back bumper by pushing it back in place which will save me $$. He also gave me a great deal compared to other locations on painting and repairing the rest of my back bumper. I highly recommend this place. It's hard to find people that really wanna go out of their way to help out. Will be back after the holidays to have it complete and will post before and after pics when my bumper is complete.

Never reached out to request for quote, they looked like they would be good, but don't utilize the Yelp system.

I had a couple of dents on a side panel and while at Costco decided to blindly google an auto repair shop near me which took me to Two Cousins. Best by chance experience. Friendly, professional, timely, fair pricing and great work. You couldn't even tell work was done. Highly recommend. If needed in the future I will go back. Thank you Richard!

Two yrs ago I requested for a complete paint job estimate at 2 Cousins paint/body. I asked about the paint's quality and the owner stated he uses high quality R-M brand paint from BASF. Said R-M paint has life longevity/warranty. He pointed to his Harley Davidson's painted fiberglass side bags and showed a couple of insurance funded car repair jobs. Thus indicating his quality of paint and work. His written estimate for a paint job, puttying a shallow quarter sized ding and spraying driver's side step, in door jamb, ranged up to $500 lower than others. His lower estimate and shorter time frame to start painting the vehicle, compared to others using same R-M paint, got him the job. I was told from start to finish it was a two week job. At appx 5 wks after dropping trk off, I stopped by to check the progress of the vehicle's slow moving paint job. It was finally getting prepared for the paint booth and could not take it home because of nothing being done. The employee that worked on my vehicle showed me another manufacture's can of paint they were using. It was reserved to be mixed for application on my vehicle. Compared to BASF's R-M it is a much inferior paint. The 7 year paint warranty was printed on the can's label and manufactured from an obscure paint company in Latin America. Owner gave no warranty; said never had paint problem returns and not to worry. Instead of the 2 week approximation to complete the vehicle's paint job, it was ready after 6 weeks. I asked for a base and clear coat matching OEM color paint job, instead was given a quick careless one shot wrong color paint job. They painted maroon pearl instead of the original OEM red pearl on the vehicle. Anyone can easily see the color difference by comparing new paint color to OEM painted door jambs, engine area paint color and other areas. Yet they adamantly argued it was the same matching OEM color. The paints severe orange peel finish enveloped the entire vehicle. It was easily noticed from distance while walking up to check the paint job. There wasn't a smooth spot anywhere on the vehicle, just thick orange peel! An employees attempt to con me into believing that orange peel paint finish is considered a normal paint job by today's standard was ignorant. Also said new car manufactures paint finish standards accept orange peel painted surfaces. It's not and never will be. I learned what a normal paint job finish is from my High School's 3 yr elective vocational auto body shop class. My sole vehicle for transportation was desperately needed after the six week wait, but I was forced to refuse accepting and paying good cash for the laughable amateurish paint job by an experienced paint shop Told him to get rid of orange peel and left Two wks later trk was ready for p/u again. Paint has nibs, light orange peel in areas around new chrome name emblems put on just after painting. Some were put on crooked and all don't align with opposite side's emblem position. There are a few new slight dings around the vehicle; probably from being in their small cramped mechanic bay directly across the paint shop. Seat has permanent black stains from front window sealer. A cigarette size burn/cut on door window's tint at the top's edge exist which never naturally happens. Splotches of paint removed in door jambs was caused from sloppy work using paint stripper. Same paint issue on inside bed's tail gate. Exteriors side molding on crooked and bowed up off body due to cheap tape. A few interior front window pillar molding fasteners were left on the passenger side floor. Owner replaced the perfectly good clear front windshield. Removal was unnecessary to paint I made it clear a few times to owner and wife that my insurance will pay for a new windshield during initial visit. Regardless, I was unexpectedly and unnecessarily charged for new windshield/labor. Discovered 2 Cousins swapped my steering rack. Mine had split bellows. They replaced my rack with another steering rack that has no split bellows,

Richie runs an exceptional shop. Very trustworthy and reliable. He said my car would be ready in 2 days and my car was in top tier shape in under 36 hours. Hands down best mechanic shop in all of South Florida in terms of efficiency!

My car was scratched and dented from a driveway mishap on the back panel. I went to Two Cousins for a second estimate. They were $1,000 less than the other body shop and did a great job. They also finished on time. I highly recommend them and sent a friend their that also had a great experience.

Two Cousins should receive 10 stars in my opinion. My daughter has unfortunately been in 4 accidents in the past three years, thank God no injuries in any of them. But we have had horror stories with each body shop we brought her car to until we read reviews about Two Cousins and brought the car there. From the first communication I knew it would be different. My message went to voice mail and I immediately received a text saying " I can 't talk right now but I will contact you as soon as possible. And, Tanya did. I spoke with her and brought my daughter's car to the shop that morning. From the get go the employee was gracious and honest. Rich the owner showed up when we were leaving and spoke to us for about 30 minutes. He was forthright and seemed to know what he was doing. Tanya kept me updated on everything that was going on and despite parts coming in to the shop dented and incomplete,Two Cousins had my daughter's car repaired within the time promised!! That in itself is incredible. Rich and Tanya treated you like family- honest, no bullshitting which is rare. The car was impeccable when we picked it up. I pray that my daughter does not get in any more accidents! If I do howeve need body work or paint done to any of my cars I will not go anywhere but Two Cousins. I highly recommend them!

Two Cousins Auto Body Repair is operated by a young and friendly husband and wife team who have excellent knowledge and experience in the auto repair industry. As a family run operation, I received one to one personal attention and their dedication in completing the job to my satisfaction was noteworthy. Based on an estimate at a well known facility nearby, I saved hundreds of dollars by electing to have my repair work completed by Two Cousins. My classic car looks brand new. Great work. Great people.

Great experience with Two Cousins - Front bumper/hood of my mother's car was damaged (hit a metal fence). Since I was visiting from out of town and wanted to get this fixed for my mom, I asked for a several different quotes and two cousins was honest and direct from the start, and by far the least expensive. Other auto bodies wanted to charge north of 2 times the price to either replace the part or do body work (why do body work when the entire part can be replaced from the car manufacturer?). One large dealership in the area even provided me with a print out of the entire front end of the car, labeling 27 different pieces that may or may not have to be taken off, when the damaged part was on the very top (their quote was for almost 3 times as much). Two cousins ordered the part from the auto maker, paint already matched to the VIN color (another auto body shop's estimate charged for "painting" as well). Once the part was received (very quickly), two cousins called and my mother waited less than hour for the part to be replaced. I don't typically write reviews but since I'm often looking out for my mother, based on my experience with Two Cousin's, I felt compelled to leave this review. Much respect to two cousins for doing business the right way. I was shocked by the disparity between the other quotes I received.

Got into a recent accident that left 3/4 of my passenger side covered in a series of dings and scratches. My insurance had me contact a shop in the local area and I turned to Yelp for a couple suggestions and I decided to try out Two Cousin's. I also had a dent from an ill placed trashcan on the other side of my car as well that I had fixed during this visit for an additional cost. My estimate, follow-up, & payment were all handled by the owner who gave the impression that he really cared about quality. He cut me a deal on the extra work I had performed since I was already bringing him in my insurance work. My car was delivered 2 days later than originally estimated but that included the extra work and the original time estimate was just that, an estimate. Most importantly my car looks like NEW! I spotted a small speck in the clear which they quickly buffed out but besides that it looked impeccable. I would definitely recommend this business for your next round of body work.
