“The Paper Store in Milford is one of the most beautifully organized and merchandised Hallmark stores in the area. Every display has a wide variety of clever, creative and unique items. I always love unusual funny quotes, and they have them tastefully displayed and decorated on mugs, plaques and decorative nic nacs. The staff is welcoming, friendly and helpful. There is plenty of parking in the Whole Foods shopping strip. The Paper Store is a great spot to get last minute gifts!”

“Nice shop , t's been there for years, since 1996 I believe so they are definitely doing something right!They have the basics, comics, cards, gaming and also statues, action figures, and other stuff like shirts, etc.I don't do cards and games, so I won't say that much only that they have a good amount of both and it all looks recent so I would wager it's current and new stock..When I go I go for the funny books ( a term my Grandfather would use when I was a wee lad getting Richie Rich, Hot Stuff the devil and Hulk comics when I'd go with him to the grocery store.My son and I lean towards independent publishers, like Image, IDW, Boom, Aftershock and Avatar back when they had several horror and action comics like Crossed, Uber (definitely not ride share ) and titles those lines. We usually find you at like or just learned about and willing to try, but the selection on these books are a little light, but these are niche titles not everyone will like, and they are there to make money after all, and you will find all the popular Marvel and DC books with the famous heroes there and in good supply.I don't collect like I used to but I still like to look for something new to try every once in a while and I've never walked out empty handed or with buyers remorse trying a new title, and whether your looking your your DC or MCU favorites or something of the beaten path, you won't regret stopping by and checking the store out.”

GREAT prices and so many options to choose from! they have everything from clothes to make up, to even Funko pops, arts and crafts, food, children's department.Every time I shop at five below, I always leave with more than 30 items and spend as low as 50 for everything. 1000/10 recommend :3”

“Heartbroken to see that this store is closing. It will leave a big hole in this block!The storefront is unassuming, but this store is amazing. I am so sorry for not stopping in long ago! This shop is well-stocked with everything you need to make art — from paints and canvas to popsicle sticks for craft projects with little ones: jewelry findings, magic markers, drawing pads, stickers, kits…If you can think of it, it is probably there. Also puzzles, games, gifts, and high-end greeting cards. A great place for stocking stuffers or last minute gifts! Friendly staff is ready to guide you to what you need or to leave you alone if you wish to browse. Prices are very reasonable. If you are anywhere near downtown New Haven you have to check this place out!”
