I loved the learning experience but the director did not understand me and my child needs when she kept getting sick there and had to be in the hospital. And never gave me a chance to have a meeting with me to explain what’s going just dismiss us because I did not give a two weeks notice. I love all the staff there though!

The staff and teachers are very caring and extremely supportive my child has learned so much the bond between my child and the staff are phenomenal I highly recommend the learning experience

Not the greatest but not the worst. There should be more tainings for teachers on how to help children with emotional needs. If it wasn't for Ms. Moe my son would not have stayed as long as he did. She understood that not all kids are the same and you have to pay attention to see how they learn and respond and go from there. She spends time with them and engages with the kids in a loving supportive way. She was who my son needed for the little time he was there and I am grateful to her! Ms. Nia was great too!! Those two teachers are how all teachers should strive to be like...

The atmosphere at this day care is great. The Director Johanna is so great. She is so helpful and understanding. My daughter loves it here. I love the events for her and the the other kids. I feel good leaving my daughter at a daycare knowing that she’s learning something and she’s at safe place

My family has been part of TLE for close a year now, and we haven’t had a single issue with teachers. They are incredible! Ms. Courtney is very nurturing, welcoming, and instills confidence in our children. Ms. Moe is fair, has great strategies when disciplining, has high expectations of our kids, and has made such a positive impact on potty training my son. I can not thank them enough!

The learning experience has been great for my 3 year daughter. She has learned a lot within the last year and enjoys her days. Her teachers Ms. Moe and Ms. Courtney are amazing. They both work very well with my daughter. I thank you both for all that you do.

TLE New Haven is truly home away from home for our girls. All the staff and teachers, past and present, care for our girls as if they were their own. I was a first time mom in 2020, right at the peak of the pandemic. Having a reliable, trustworthy place to bring our daughter was so important because I am a healthcare worker. The infant room- Nancy, Maya, Paulette and Allie are angels on earth. They keep you so well informed and help with development and milestones. Tylon in such a gentle, quiet soul. He is so great with kids!Our youngest daughter is currently in the toddler room with Lynoshka and Keila. There are very few people she will willingly go to and it brings me such peace when I drop her off and she practically jumps out of my arms to them…I always know she is in good hands. Our oldest is now in the preschool room with Anna and Nia. I am amazed every day she comes home and tells me what she has learned and I have both of them to thank for the kind, caring, independent girl she is becoming.Our girls spend just as much time at TLE as they do at home and we truly owe so much to everyone there for the amazing girls both of them are!

The learning experience in New Haven has been a great and positive experience for my daughter. Also the director Johanna Colon has been so helpful in many ways and I am very appreciative for what she and all the staff members have done for me and my daughter. I can definitely recommend sending your child(ren) here.

My son loves attending The Learning Experience. His speech has been improving rapidly since he began attending, as well as his social skills.I would recommend anyone to enroll their child(ren) to this program right away! The staff is supportive, cheerful, and modest.I love dropping my son off to school and being able to monitor his daily progress thanks to their easy to use app! Thanks TLE ❤️

Staff is friendly, helpful and run the school well. Preschool is a tough time but they maintain clean colorful rooms and teachers give kids positive learning.

My grandson has attended TLE New Haven since he was an infant. Observing his growth over the last two years has been such a pleasure. The center is very family oriented as I have been able to volunteer at open houses, join virtual story times, amongst many other fun activities. It’s truly a great place to stay involved with new toddler learning techniques, family, and friends.

The learning experience has been a great place for my boys. Nancy, Jamie, lizmarie, kourtney, latifah, Murrissa have always done everything in their hands to help ease their transitions into different classes. They help me in the mornings when one of the kids are having a hard time because they don’t want me to leave. Later when I call to check up on the kids they always assure me they are ok and transfer me to their classroom to speak to the teacher. Latifah always listens to my concerns and gives me advices which means a lot to me.Overall I’m very content with the learning experience and my kids love it here as well.
