Horrible! Stay away from this place if you don’t want your clothes get ruined!! Should have looked at the bad reviews on Yelp before I went. They ruined my expensive dresses. They would cheat you into signing a paper before you wash. Don’t sign it, because this get them off responsibility if they ruin your clothes. What’s even worth was that after they ruined my clothes, the woman there pushed me out of the store, and screamed to me:” out, out, you are not coming back.” It was violent and physical. It was deeply traumatized for me, I was mentally affected for these days. I should have called the police.The woman there has violence tendency. She would appear nice when you first go there to cheat you into using them, but when your clothes get ruined, she would appear how she really is: she would screaming to customers and even push them away. It was like a rogue. I paid $100 to wash my clothes and then my clothes got ruined. When I ask for compensation for my ruined clothes, she took my clothes away, and threatened me. That was horrible. I think they know I was a single lady by myself and they were taking advantage of that. I didn’t get any compensation for my ruined clothes or any reimburse on the cleaning fee. And I was treated really bad. What’s even more scary is that after I paid, she pushed me out of the store, she screamed:” out, out, you are not getting back again” it was violent. I am sure it was criminal. I was deeply traumatized these days, feeling down and depressed, constantly thinking about the place she pushed me. I was never treated this way in any place in any store before.I really regret going there. The woman already look likes a rogue and the whole place was suspicious. I didn’t think too much at the beginning. Trust me, you don’t want to experience what I have experienced

I used this service because it was close by. My shirts were already clean, but they needed to be pressed, & I had alot of them. I was quoted a price of ~$4.00 a shirt & a discount. A few weeks later I was called and told the price would be $127.00 for 11 shirts, one jacket, one pair of pants, & a small sweater alteration. The jacket and the pants were dry cleaned.When I questioned the owner's mother about the price, I noticed the discount was not evenly applied & the price per shirt was $6.55 because they were reportedly "bigger than extra large". At no time did anyone tell me this & there is no signage in the store that says this & I recently saw the property is up for sale. The owner's mother told me the owner had fallen ill.In speaking to the owner, (who called me, but did not leave a vm, but I called back the number A and A Cleaning) he said that it was a "volume business" and his machine only handles shirts up to an 18" neck. He also stated that shirts had to be done by hand because my clothes were simply too big. When I told him a local competitor in Milford, CT. was $2.09 with the coupon, I was told to "keep going where I was going", that I was "lying about the price of the competitor" and that the owner did not want my business any longer, even though this was my first time going there--ever. A complaint has been made to my bank about being overcharged an another complaint is being made to the CT. BBB.Services: Clothes pressing
