I have been with the bank over 10 years, maybe 15. And every time I walk in I’m treated like a loiterer! Like a complete stranger! And when you ask a question you get the shortest and least informative answers, it’s like you’re bothering them to ask a question or you’re an idiot for asking smh it’s literally the worst banking environment in CT. It’s not the Bank itself, it’s THAT LOCATION every other location is wonderful, these hacks are the rudest most impolite people in the business. I’m changing banks 100% not only have all the better locations closed down, but now I’m forced to go to the worst spot TD bank owns smh …not anymore!

I've had a TD bank account for over 2 years. One day in September my accounts are frozen due to "fraudulent purchases" and I called and went in person to a different branch and no one could tell me what happened or what purchases were fraudulent. They tell me I can't make any more TD bank accounts ever and my remaining money will be sent Via check. FIVE MONTHS LATER I've received no check, I've called and gone in person to be told "I can't help you, call this number" and then "I can't help you, go in person to the bank" back and forth!!! I'm just now in January receiving a message saying I can come to the bank with my ID to collect my funds...

I cannnot provide a review unless I have to give at least one star. Honestly it deserves none. I would like yo open a checking and saving account , I was asked by the security to wait in the lobby , I have been waiting for almost an hour and I was completely ignored and nobody ever say a single word to me. I am still waiting. The persons were talking to each other , not to me. Btw, I can in around 9:30 am, it is not busy hours at all. After almost an hour waiting, and the person talked to her colleague for more than 10 minutes, she noticed me because I came to her asking whether she can help me. She left me in the middle of the opening process because she needs to take care of her lunch box first. Stay away the bank.

I had the worst experiencetodayI went to deposit two checks cause i couldn’t through the app because the handwriting of the person wasn’t too clear so i went to the bank as usual cause isn’t my first time here, when i got this person my checks, i guess shes new it also looks like, i asked her to deposit it in my savings account also asked her to order checks cause i need them and the first thing was that the checks said CASH instead of my name, she said she knows the person who got me the checks which is normal we both have TD BANK, but she said let me call to make sure i am like whaaat? I mean it surprised me cause before i never got this answer and nobody never said they will comfirm but i understood cause the checks said CASH instead of my name, my issue started here when she asked me: do you work for (name of the person who got me the checks) and i said yes, then asked what do you do for him? I said i helped him in the house and that was so uncomfortable, it made me felt so bad and like an interrogation from an officer, it felt so rude, after that she end my process and then i got the receipt and said checking account when i asked her to deposit in my savings account, and she already said goodbye and something else but i wasn’t done cause i told her i needed to order checks and she got me the worst look you can receive from someone you don’t know, i felt so bad and uncomfortable that i said you know what forget about it, thanks and she asked are you ok??? She had the nerve to asked me if i was ok? After her terrible customer service, THIS IS HORRIBLE, SHE DIDNT PAY ATTENTION TO WHAT I NEED TO DO, SHE ASKED PERSONAL STUFF THAT WASNT HER BUSINESS AND SHE MADE ME FEEL LIKE THE WORST PIECE OF TRASH IN THAT BANK, honestly i want to close my bank account, this is ridiculous, so rude, i couldn’t see her name but is the only young woman working there, but people like this shouldn’t be working in customer service, the worst experience i ever had. So disappointed and uncomfortable.

The card reader doesn't work after hours or it take absurd amount of swipes. mind you I have a brand new card. they never follow up with you about anything. i only go here because it's the closets

These people that work at this bank is very unprofessional they have curbside pick up but they was too lazy to bring my card outside I was in a rush because I have to go to work that’s why I want it curbside pick up they lied and said they don’t do that when I called them an hour before and they told me they do it . I will be switching banks very soon

I call and set up an appointment for a debit card with Felician and of course when I arrived I have to wait 30mins before I’m helped. This is after the rep promised I would be seen right away knowing the matter was time sensitive. The service sucks. What is the point of creating an appointment if you always have to wait 30mins to an hour to be seen for something as simple as a debit card replacement. Very rude customer service from the male manager on duty on 3/16/22.I was making an inquiry and he just brushed me off like I was invincible and didn’t provide any service. I mean a whole manager!!! This is so poor but luckily a sweet rep apologized on his behalf and acknowledged his lack of etiquette. Such a person shouldn’t be allowed to manage an institution like TD Bank.
