I went to this store and even though the ppl were standing outside they were not helping anyone, but when I told them that I was going to buy a phone now they want to service me. I went to the store down the street and they were much nicer and very professional. I guess I found me a new store.

Don’t recommend this place because the customer service its really ugly…went there to ask some questions about a promotion and they were acting very hostile towards us.

I went there not expecting to transfer my 3 lines and buy a phone I was eyeing for awhile. That staff at this location is awesome. Great customer service and attention to detail.

Ashley H. had the best customer service I’ve seen in a long time, shes a fast paced worker and literally handled a problem I had in a new Britain T-Mobile from a New Haven Store. Saved me from being scammed or given another deal that I didn’t go there for. Highly recommend that when you walk into this store to ask for Ashley H. first, she’ll definitely take care of you. She genuinely cares for her customers! Thank you so much Ashley H! She definitely needs to be promoted to a higher position!

The worker insisted that my new iphone would be shipped to my house within 2 business day. I bought a new phone in the first place because my old one is broken. I am now looking at a 3 week waiting period due to the workers lack of knowledge and the only way to cancel my order is to first receive the phone and send it back. Very dissatisfied

Went to team mobile for a 2 for one family plan showed us the phone, took info credit check checking acct, told us the phones were not in stock. could order them told them fine 2-3 days is ok. bills us and then we were told they do not offer that plan anymore and stock the phones that were free we did not like the other free phones and we would of had to purchase them which we did not want to do being verizon customers, we decided to cancel which we did, a week later we receive a team mobile bill thanking us for being a customer and sorry to see you leave us. and have a bill for 2.54, i called the store and right away a attitude from some the same person who sold us the now defunct promotion, after a few words he hung up called back few times kept hanging up. What a bunch of pathetic trash.. guess they think most people are just going to go for a regular program instead of canceling. THIS IS THE NEW AMERICA AND THE CORPORATE CREATURES THAT RUN THINGS

Edison Morel located at the T-Mobile located in New Haven is the gold standard of customer service. His demeanor, etiquette as well as professionalism and friendliness is something every sales associate or employee should have. We had a difficult process but he made it extremely easy and had such an upbuilding and positive attitude. Edison is deserving of every award available because he is not only greatat his job but he shows he's a great person. Every job needs someone like Edison, he's rare.

I love this store, Víctor who is the manager is the best. I ask him for one of his best reps And told me to talk to Wilson, I was not sure if I want the 12 pro or 12 pro max he help me make my decision and I’m glad because my phone is just perfect what I was looking for. thank you Wilson and Víctor you guys are the best.
