Love TMobil, this store especially! Briana is so knowledgeable, sweet , and just a pleasure to work with, very personalable staff! Never have any issues with the staff. I just wish they went back to offering the customer a seat, tough standing with a disability!!

Best T-Mobile store in the area! Why? They’ve got stellar customer service.Trez is the most efficient, friendly, professional, knowledgeable, coolest salesperson ever!Every time I went, he took care of all of my cell phone needs, it was always a smooth and thorough process with him !!!This is the best T-Mobile store location around, with Trez being the biggest asset for T-Mobile!!!!!

The manager Eddy gets the 2 stars because T-Mobile customer service is out sourced and horrible! I was actually lied to a couple of times on the phone, it’s better going to the store for good customer service.

I would have given 0 stars if that option was available, Went there to add A-line They had me in that store for a very long time and still they weren't able to add the Line after having me waiting for so long. I was told I should come back 2 days later and I did exactly that they still have me waiting for so long and still they weren't able to Get the job done. No one seems to have a clue what they were doing it was so unprofessional and frustrating.

BEWARE! Predatory shop, said that they would provide watches for free as part of a promotion, but just got my bill and it wasn't free. THEY STRAIGHT UP LIED TO US. DONT BUY YOU'RE PHONES HERE

Jake and Yangles were courteous and attentive when I went in there about my Assurance Wireless 'Obama' phone. They were very professional. They would not get any $ because of my business. Jake was very helpful and took care of me. I recomend this T Mobile store. It is off to the side of Whalley Ave and kind of hard to find.

This was my first time at this location. I don’t usually frequent the t-mobile stores. A girl by the name of Zoey was assisting me. I was there to get a screen protector replaced. Which is covered under my plan. She told me i wasn’t covered and when the manager Jake took a look i did in fact have the coverage. Zoey proceeded to make inappropriate comments taking jabs at me, frustrated because she in fact just didn’t know what she was doing. Then she tried to insinuate that i had been given free screen protectors previously. Just very unprofessional a horrible experience. I won’t be back that’s for sure.

I’m so disappointed with this store 2019 I went inside the store to bye phone customer service gave me a great deal they told me I pay 24 month for this phone and I I own the phone but no it they did not happen like that I called customer service they explain to me that this phone was lease paying $40 forever because I’m only borrowing this phone I didn’t have no choice I had to pay $274 to only if not I had to pay $40 for forever they never explained to me that was my contract Bad customer service I hope one day they close this business they only care about making money to the store not about customers i’m very disappointing I’ve been with this company a spring for four years and every month I pay so much money for nothing customer service is horrible on the store be aware customers whatever you sign take the papers home and go through them don’t rush I know it’s not easy when you go in there to get a approval for a phone approve and you get tired of waiting for a couple hours are you just sign your life away and you will go through what I went through I just pay a lot of money for nothing times is very hard for everyone look out whatever you sign Time is very hard the store just want to make sales they do not care for customer service only money I hope they close the store I’m done I’m going to go get another company cheap

We stopped by this store to get buy a new phone and add another line to my sprint account. Needless to say, both men didn't have a clue how to add a line to sprint account. When all was done, I asked the boy several times what my monthly bill would be. He replied with an amount that was astronomical even to me. Tmobile ought to get rid of these two hapless men and hire someone who knows what they're doing. I got home and called Sprint and they helped me in less than 15 minutes and monthly bill is much lower. There was a young lady there that should be a manager. Don't patronage this store if you expect knowledgeable customer service.
