Don’t waste your time here. Terribly overpriced, poor service, and badly managed. It is two weeks until the semester begins and I’m told they can’t accept financial aid money because their system is down and has been for weeks. You cannot forgive a business to failing to provide its main service and having zero backup procedures or policies to deal with these sort of things. You’re better off buying books from Alibris: you’ll pay less than half of what you will here and you won’t be supporting a mediocre business.

Insanely overpriced for everything from books to pens to t-shirts. You can go on Amazon or go to Walmart and get everything you need at a much better price.

Southern Connecticut State University's Barnes & Noble College Bookstore is quite small and has a limited amount of items to choose from, but for the majority the items they do have/sell are okay. Honestly, the food items are the ONLY items that are sold that are feasible 'semi inexpensive' and within someone's budget who is on a budget, EVERYTHING ELSE is outrageously expensive: textbooks, computers, supplies, apparel, etc. Nice, quite, clean atmosphere, staff is helpful and professional for the most part; prices are really the only negative!

Positives: Its nice inside. Negatives: Everything is stupidly expensive. For example, I needed to buy a new charging cable and a converter brick. $40 for both of them. What the hell. Don't go here unless you are getting SCSU apparel.
