The Audubon Phase 3 is still under construction and the construction usually starts at six in the morning. Nobody can sleep with such noise. What's worse, this noisy construction is allowed by Building Apartment of New Haven. It's very absurd to violate the interests of the occupants for Audubon's own benefit.

Good service, nice management. Great facility. Neighbors generally quiet and no issues whatsoever.
