The man with one eye is terrible to deal with.
We waited over an hour to get two tires put onto the vehicle. We were told to drive the vehicle in, and then we were blocked in by 3 other vehicles, one which was getting all 4 tires changed. He rudely tells me that he has other customers and that I have to wait an additional 25 minutes before we’d be able to get the vehicle out of the garage. This makes no sense.

Too EXPENSIVE...They hiding the price for everything.Tires, auto parts,work....They just give you the total in the ticket.No!!..i need the price for each part, evidence for that part.Guys doing a great job but the prices too high.

"One of my favorite tire shops in New Haven! They're very fast and affordable. Diaz assisted me, and he was charming. Although they didn't have my tire size, he called a friend's shop and directed me there. This is now my go-to tire shop in the area, I have popped atleast 3 tires >.< Thanks again, Diaz, mi amigo!

Would rate 0 if I could. They need to fix their customer service asap. I called before coming in and they asked for my tire size and told me it would be $50. As I pull in I’m told to wait. My boyfriend gets out to talk to them the only thing they say to him is “no good”. My tire isn’t good, which is why I’m here buying a new one that I called prior about ?. They decided to ignore me and start taking other cars pulling in. I asked what’s going on and can I speak to a manager. I was told one moment he’s on a phone call in the office. More waiting and they’re still taking more cars and I’m still waiting to be talk to or anything so now I’m getting upset. The manager comes downstairs (not even out the office) telling me to go easy. He doesn’t speak to me or my boyfriend and continue to motion other cars to move in. So now I’m pissed because what’s going on that you can’t speak about or fix the tire. If you didn’t have the tire you could’ve said that to me or over the phone instead of wasting peoples time. Another lady comes in after and she said they sold her bad tires. The customer service is horrible honestly and the tires clearly aren’t that good. Please don’t waste your time and save your $. First picture is the guy who decided to laugh about it after the first guy said “no good” and the second is the so called manager that just walked around to other cars before solving the issue
