Placed an order over 2 weeks ago. No one at any of the stores have been willing to assist. I was told that the order was misplaced and would be sent out last Friday. As of Monday still no order update and when calling the store I was told "there is no one here that can help you". The Boston location was fantastic in person but would highly recommend not doing business with Sneaker Junkies online. They are incapable of handling that type of business professionally.

The interior was nice. Also, the product was nice. The customer service was lacking. The employees are too caught up in their own hypebeast psychodramas to be bothered with customer service. It just seems like they can't be bothered to answer questions, lol. Anyway, I wouldn't return to this location because of the experience.

I visited Sneaker Junkies in New Haven last week and I was very impressed by the service I received from Carl Edwards. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. He showed me a variety of sneakers that matched my style and budget, and he gave me honest feedback on how they fit and looked. He also suggested some accessories and clothing items that complemented my choices. He was not pushy or impatient, but rather respectful and attentive. He made my shopping experience enjoyable and satisfying. I would definitely recommend Carl Edwards and Sneaker Junkies to anyone looking for quality sneakers and excellent customer service.
