As promised, Sadie treated the case we needed her help with as an emergency. For a person on the brink of eviction, she and her company came through swiftly. We were on the phone and on video within hours and within the week the apartment was cleared and cleaned from top to bottom. They even managed to work with me virtually so I was able to work through the time while they cleared, boxed, disinfected, and more. Sadie works with everyone from your anxious loved ones need assistance to landlords, superintendents, and clients like myself in disbelief of the job at hand. She gains your trust, explains everything, and makes sure everyone feels respect and dignity during a tough time. Documentation and updates are non-stop and then she follows up even when on to the next case.
The job we hired her for was not as gruesome as some, but I can only imagine how helpful she is when there is tragedy at hand as well.

Just, wow! Sadie truly blew me away from our very first conversation until the completion of the job. Sadly, a tenant at one of our rental properties committed suicide and the detective recommended hiring a biohazard cleaning company. Well the one that he suggested did not impress me and left me waiting for days on a quote when I believed time was of the essence. With myself being in real estate, I value quick responses and honesty - which was something I did not receive from the other company. That’s when I did a Google search and came across Sadie’s. She is the real deal - she was prompt in sending out an estimator to the property, provided me with a detailed on the spot quote, set expectations, began the cleanup and demo immediately and kept me updated every single step of the way with pictures and videos. Sadie and her team are incredible! From the first moment that I called, the customer service was some of the best I've ever received...from any company! Every detail was explained 100% clearly, every meeting happened exactly at the scheduled time, and the job they did was outstanding. The whole experience was better than I could've possibly expected. This company’s customer service is outstanding. I called Sadie at 5 PM in the evening because we had a death in one of our properties and there was blood everywhere. Sadie had an estimator out there within one hour and not only that we decided to go with her services and in another hour after the estimate, they were already cleaning up the mess. I just can’t believe what they did there. It was unbelievable and I am so happy with their services. Whenever you need a biohazard crime scene cleaner call Sadie’s pro cleaning.

I have only good things to say about this company. Sadie and her staff went above and beyond to help me get my basement in tip top shape. These women are wonderful-professional, understanding and so very nice. The communication is excellent, letting me know exactly what to expect and when. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!
