Terrible service. Jacob is the most inconsiderate employee. He LIES. And harasses customers. DO NOT SHOP WITH THESE PEOPLE. Put a payment plan on something you need from another company and if you’re renting for a short time like I was, DO YOUR RESEARCH ABOUT OTHER COMPANIES BEFORE GOING WITH THIS ONE. Again, DO NOT SPEAK WITH JACOB!!!! He does not understand how to do business. They will not get your product delivered on time and their employees are barely trained. In 7 months I’ve spoken to rude, uneducated individuals who do not understand customer service. Clearly these people are making less than minimum wage if this is how they think they can treat other people. It’s a reflection of the company, that their employees can’t get it together. I don’t even believe in writing bad reviews but the way I’ve been treated by this company has left me with no choice. Ridiculous.

I wouldn't even give this company one star but unfortunately it won't let me write what I have to say without rating this unprofessional and desasturous company!!! So unorganized, rude, and unpleasant customer services I have ever dealt with. No work ethic or experience from the two ladies that work there especially the one that considers herself a "manger." I ordered some beds on Friday to be delivered on money the unexperienced and ignorant receptionist in the front took my order and had me sign and said that I was all set. come Monday no one called to follow up so I called at 9 am asking what time was my delivery, they gave me an excuse that trucks were being sterilized and by 5 pm I should have my beds delivered. It was 5:09 and again I took the initiative to call and asked for my beds to be delivered. Another excuse was given to me that the drivers had called out and my beds would be delivered next day. Come to find out place had bed bugs and that's why ther was a Delay. they knew they didn't have drivers by 1 pm and never bothered to call their paying customers which should of been priority number one!! Please do not do service with these people they don't even bother telling there customers about something serious as BED BUGS and don't bother calling you for another alternative. A professional company finds solutions to the problems and not give excuses for them and apologizes with sarcasm.
