I had bought leggings here a few days ago and I haven’t had a chance to return them until now (2 days later). When I went in, one of the ladies (blond hair, Hispanic) said she could t return it without the tags on the leggings. There is nowhere on the receipt that says you need the tags. She then looked into one of the leggings and said “oh wow that’s big!” Which is exactly why I’m trying to return it. There was no need to be rude like that and I’m not going back. Make your policies more clear.

Awful one of the worst experiences I've had in a very long time managers can't do nothing have no answers for you registers don't work the line is always so long a lot of attitude there no customer service again no matter how kind of polite you are they leave you looking stupid they don't have answers for your questions they don't accommodate you no matter how much money you put in your pockets they're the reasons that I'm done with rainbow I'm done it's terrible!!!

They have nice clothes reasonably priced. The store is clean. Not all the workers are all that friendly. Maybe it was a bad day or something. Nice clothes though!!
