When I got there I was extremely frustrated and upset about the state of my car, after speaking with Noel I left with a completely different and more positive outlook. He & his whole team are friendly and knowledgeable. They do amazing work for a fair price and are expert professionals. I recommend them to everyone and will never go anywhere else.

Noel is amazing! Went to him for a front bumper replacement. His pricing is reasonable and I left a happy customer. His team did an amazing job and saved me money compared to if I went to the dealership.

WONDERFUL experience here. Highly recommend. I had a plastic panel from a Subaru Outlook that I simply could not put back on. I called Noel...he told me to bring the car over. He fixed it in a few minutes. When I asked him, "how much", he said, "nothing!". I protested and eventually gave him $20. But, he was so prompt, efficient, kind, and effective. I'm a very please customer. Thanks again!

Professional Auto Body is the best auto body shop in New Haven. The owner is very professional and will go out of his way to help you out. The shop is very thorough and fair. My car was in an accident and he helped me through the whole process. I could not recommend them more.

Noel did a awsume body repair on my 2005 tundra that another body shop said would cost 3 times as much. They pulled out the dent in rear panel instead of replacing the panel - I was very impressed at the skill and quality of his work. The work can take longer than originally stated so you may have to be patient, which I have experienced before from other small auto repair shops that do quality work for a fair price

I dented my bumper on a fire hydrant. We brought it in and Noel, the owner, took care of it on the spot with a heat gun and some elbow grease. Very nice guy. I know I'll be going back here next time I have car issues!

Everyone here is so kind & friendly, I went in with a crumpled bumper and they were able to see me right away the next day + save me some money. I live nearby and it makes me so happy to have a helpful local shop!

The work he has done is good but his Communication is horrible, tells me 2 weeks to do the job now its almost 6 weeks, tells me he is welding pieces in i go to his shop and hes not even working on the truck.. i cant wait to just have my truck back and be done with this dudeServices: Welding

I bring all my cars to Professional Auto Body. He does a magnificent job on the body of a car after an accident. His prices are very good. I've recommended many people and they are impressed how their car looks afterwards.
