No complaints. Can you love a laundromat? I would if they did my laundry for free then dropped it to my house, probably not a sustainable business model tho. A few of the machines have been out of order recently but there were always others to use.

I’m only giving it one Star because I have to. The owner is extremely unprofessional. I dropped off my laundry to get washed and when I picked it up It smelled so funky, like they didn’t even wash my clothes just folded it snd Put it in a bag. When I called to inquire about them rectifying the problem, the owner and the lady refused to do anything. Never coming back here!

This is, by far, the best laundry in New Haven! The staff are helpful, fast, and happy to accommodate your special requests. Well I thought they were special, but here they seem like normal requests. Like using dryer sheets and/or fabric softener and drying my clothes on low heat. They offered these services to me without asking! ...and at no extra charge. My clothes used to come back stiff and not smelling fresh, but more like burnt. Now they are fresh and soft! They are neatly folded with care and delivered if not the same day the very next....and at the best prices around for drop-off and delivery. I am so glad I found this place!
