The repair was very inexpensive, especially compared to the price of replacing the phone, even through insurance. For $31 and a little over an hour wait I got a new screen installed on my phone. The guys working are very nice, extremely professional and did a great job. I would highly recommend this store, and this option, to anyone with a broken screen!Parking was easy too, which was surprising in New Haven. 10 out of 10. Extremely satisfied.

So first of all I never leave reviews, but these guys are top notch.Few weeks ago I left my Samsung fold z3 on the top of my car (great idea right?). Next thing I know it fell off my car while driving and I looked in the rear view mirror and watched it get run over. I took my shattered phone to best buy geek squad (what a joke they are) and they told me that there is nothing they can do and my phone was in heaven. Well I got home and plugged my phone in the charger and seen that it lit up, however due to Crack screen I couldn't see much. Thinking that there may still be life left, I did some research and found CPR in New Haven.I requested a data recovery, which amazingly enough these guys were able to fix my damaged motherboard and extract my data. I know sometimes I'm overly optimistic but how the hell did they fix the motherboard after it got ranover! Not only did they fixed it, but they also are very fair in price and did not exploit the value of my sentimental data. I know not every similar story has this type of happy ending, but if anyone has the best chance to fix your electronic its these guys. Thank you sooooo much again, I will refer all my friends and family to you guys.

DO NOT GO HERE FOR REPAIRS!Had the worst experience ever with this store and their staff. Dropped off my device and took a month to repair. Don't trust a word they say because it's not true. I had to contact them every time for updates because they wouldn't contact me despite them having my email and phone number. I tried to be patient, waited a week. Reached out to them but the 'technician was out and they would reach back out'. But they never did. Then another week but still no update. So i contacted them and they said don't know why it is taking a while, we will move your status to urgent and should get an update in 2-3 business days. Great news, so I thought. 2-3 business days came and went. Then another week and no update. So I called them asking for an update and they said they would contact me back within an hour for an update, which they never did. Called them a few days later and they said the same thing, that someone would call me or text me back in 20 minutes or so. Asked them why they can't give me an update and they said they weren't even in the store! Overall I had to contact them at least 4 times to get any sort of response and any sort of update. Only unpromoted response i received was an email asking for more money/accepting an estimate. Eventually they did reach out via text and I received a notice from them, because they could give me the balance I could owe them. They were "so generous" to give me $30 off (for reference the entire repair was at least $250), can't do any more because "they can't" for some reason but could "offer store credit". They sent me a text saying it would be ready in 3 hours. Came in the next day to pick up the device and I'm not kidding you they didn't even finish fixing it! Said they needed 15 minutes, which ended up being more than 20. Asked them why no contact for updates, why I had to contact them, why my device wasn't even ready when they said it was, why they couldn't text or email or call, even something as simple as 'we're still working on it', anything. Their response simply that 'well, we are busy' with a shrug of the shoulders. They couldn't understand or grasp why it wouldn't be okay to have things end up as it did. Oh and store credit was a lie as well. Cherry on top was they took my cable that connects the device to power it on. Luckily I had an extra at home but just goes to show you the kind of store they have. Very disorganized people and store, staff with horrible attitude, and no reasonable expectations or time frame for when anything will be done. Only solace is that they did fix my device, so I guess that warrants 1 star vs 0. If you want something repaired here, be advised you will have no idea when it will be done and no guarantee you will get and of your stuff back.

My IPad took 7 weeks to take care. I thought it was the screen and then, found out the whole entire screen and inside went wrong. They ordered a new part. The wait was worth it. Now my IPad works like new again.

I went to the store to exercise a warranty in a previous part installed there. I did not have the proper paperwork to do so. However, attendant Mr.Iri using his experience and few questions was able to do so. Otherwise, I would have had to pay a full price again. It was my responsibility not carrying the proper receipt. O am very grateful that Iri has the expertise and willingness to help. I won't go to another store for my electronics gadgets or services. That store has the ability to have and keep top notch technicians with an highly customer service's skills.

Nice guys, excellent work. The Apple Store told me there was no way to save my phone or my data after I accidentally submerged my phone in water. CPR brought it back to life and saved more than 5,000 photos and videos of my kids.

Came here, got my screen fixed through my carrier and ended up back the next day. No big deal seeing that they made sure my phone was good as new when I left. I would definitely recommend getting your electronics fixed here, these 2 guys are awesome, helpful and very friendly.

The staff at CPR on Whitney Ave in New Haven are great. My husband and I are not of any of the computer generations and need help with software and devices. The service we have received at CPR has been good and done with a lot of patience.

I had a terrible experience with them! The sim tray of my Google Pixel broke and my sim got stuck so I took my phone to them to get my sim out. Although they did get the sim out, while disassembling my phone they broke my camera!!! What’s even worse is that the technician would insist it was not his fault and that I, “the customer”, might have done it on purpose!!! He was also not willing to disassemble the phone to see the damage! I had to pay $105 for them to break my camera! I took the phone to a local repair store in Alabama and they showed me the broken camera wires!!! Poor my Pixel…

I had a broken screen and T-Mobile sent me here and it was a great experience all around. I dealt with the owner Iri and man is he a good dude! He was very professional, down to earth and just an all around cool guy. He fixed my phone in a timely manner and showed me my broken parts when he was done (i like seeing exactly what was replaced). Im not a big review person but i felt after seeing some of these comments that i had to give him credit where credit was due. Even after my phone was fixed i must have stayed a good half hour just talking to him about business and just life in general lol. Moral of the story is I would recommend if u have a problem with any kind of electronic big or small go see him and he will be straight up with you while remaining professional. Thank you Iri!

After a small fall in April 2023, my screen had to be replaced through Asurion. My first red flag should have been that TMobile was no longer handling repairs in store. Per Asurion’s instructions, I brought my phone to CPR. After 2 hours my phone was not even touched, as there was only 1 person working and all of a sudden several customers after me came in. I did schedule an appointment online. I ended up leaving with rubber bands wrapped around my phone to “help the glue stick”. Several hours later I removed the bands to find that my screen was black and green in 2 areas and not fully functioning. I had to make another appointment for another day and wasted mother 2 hours there. Fast forward to May 20, 2023 and the first time my phone has felt water to do the downpours of rain we had, my entire screen no longer works and went completely black! I have now had to file another claim, but this time for an entire replacement phone. Do not waste your time coming here! If your phone was previously waterproof, it no longer will be after they are done with it.

I started off with one phone and ended up bringing in a second one to iri, I can say he did a amazing job on my phones. I will recommend him to anyone ! If y’all need any phones or device fix go to iri ! Great plans and insurance for your phones also !
