Now known as Flash Car Wash. Incredibly happy with these people.
Especially the front associate, Angel. He went out of his way to accommodate me with an appointment. I was in for the weekend and they were able to fit me into the schedule despite being very busy. The initiative Angel took is what makes the service industry thrive. Consider me a repeat customer as long as Angel is there.

I gave them another chance after 2 years. Went there today. They do not do a good job. Spend almost $30 for a car wash back window is not touched inside or out. Car was about 70% clean. They do the bare minimum. Will not go there again.

a few times, I received scratches from going through the car wash here. IMO they need to clean their cleaning ribbons & brushes more as they have reduced the flow of water to a trickle and the soap is barely rinsed off, let alone any debris left on the ribbons and brushes

They need to improve on ease of use and hand drying should be better. I HAD TO CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP DUE TO THE LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM OF THE EMPLOYEES. MY HUSBAND TOOK MY NEW CAR TO BE WASHED AND AN EMPLOYEE TOOK IT OUT OF THE WASH SQUEAKING RUBBER, MY HUSBAND HAD TO CATCH HIS ATTENTION. AND... CURRENTLY I HAVE GOT ONE THAT PAYS LESS AND GIVES ME GOOD SERVICE IN WALLINGFORD AND NEAR MY WORK.

I've been here for oil changes and car washes since they opened years ago. Today they told me they no longer provide oil changes. The signs are still up, but they don't provide the service. So I'm no longer one of their customers. There are a lot of other places to get your car washed, and it turns out there a lot of other places to get your oil changed too.
