An exceptionally bad experience! We are traveling to the area for the holiday and when I first called I was told that they can accept our dogs for daycare after I create an account, uploade vaccine records and book a meet and greet. We did all of that, called back and was told we need to upload records of a fecal test, so I had to call my Vet in Michigan and get them to send me lab test, which I did and uploaded to their account. I called back only to be told they had not sorted out their interview policy for this week and they actually aren't accepting new dogs for daycare! I spent almost an hour and a half running around to do what they asked for after two separate calls with two separate people only to be told they weren't fully organized with their holiday week policy! How is this a business? Obviously poor operations if the management can't communicate to the employees fielding calls

My dog really loves coming here and I am super picky about where I bring my dog for daycare. The best part is the cameras which gives me so much peace of mind.

Absolutely amazing experience! My Moosey loved his stay here, being an only dog he doesn’t get to socialize as much as I’d like so I’m super happy to have found a place to take him to make some friends!! also didn’t mind that he was tired out from all the excitement!

Staff does not do a good job at breaking up dog fights how could they with 20+ dogs and only one person watching them. They are NOT actual groomers they only give baths that I can surely do at home. The young lady at the desk was asleep when I dropped my dog off how unprofessional. I also told them that my dog needed medication for anxiety every morning when I looked at the bottle there were quite a few extra does this mean my dog DIDNT get its medicine?!?! THIS IS WHY I ONLY HIRE DOG SITTERS THAT CAN GO TO MY HOME. These people do not care about our animals it's clear they are there for a pay check. I can only imagine what goes on when no one is watching.

We are very selective with where we’ll allow our dogs to stay and have experience with many other providers. So, we know a good spot when we find one. Paw Haven is great. The highly compassionate, kind and thoughtful staff is top notch. Additionally, they have a beautiful, modern, clean, spacious and conveniently located facility. Easy scheduling through their portal and good availability. Highly recommended.

Love the staff at Paw Haven. We have been coming here for over 2 years now and our dog loves it. She is so excited from the second we get to the parking lot! It’s clear that everyone who works here loves and cares about the dogs and it makes us feel better when we have to board our fur baby.

Love this place! I know I can trust them with my pup whenever I leave him here. He always comes home so tired from a long day of play! Plus they always send me a report card of how he did that day along with pictures!! They make my day. It’s nice that they always make sure to keep you updated. The website also has a camera in the playrooms so you can check on your fur baby when you miss them. Not only that but some rooms have a camera so you can see your baby after the playroom camera goes off for the night. Really saved me and my husband when we went on vacation. I always recommend this place to my friends. Pawhaven is AMAZING. Id trust them with my real children if they took them too ?attaching an adorable pic they took of my pup

Sirius loves this place! He goes in with his tail wagging and smile and comes home happy and sleepy. His dog- social skills have improved and his confidence building (he's a rescue with a hard history before adoption). I recommend Paw Haven 10/10!
