i ordered the stuffed chicken breasts (6 of them) and when they arrived they were all DEFROSTED! There were two cold packs inside, but the box (styrofoam) was so big that when i opened it, the cold packs were on one side and the chicken on the other! I was very disappointed! i have ordered other meats and fish from QVC and it came to me fully FROZEN! Not sure who is at fault here but i don't think i'll be ordering from you again
