If you have been prescribed ANY controlled substance legitimately by a doctor this pharmacy will not fill your prescription unless it goes through your insurance. They will not accept out of pocket payments. This is NOT Connecticut law. This is the clown pharmacy owners rule. So be aware this pharmacy is difficult to anyone that does not have insurance regardless of the reason.

I used to get my medication on time ! Delivery or call. Now it's Saturday night and days go by I don't have my medicine for Monday morning so now I need call my on call physican once again for an different pharmacy place.Smh New Haven Pharmacy do better! (I've called for my meds) said it would be here yesterday than today back from work it's not)

Their communication sucks. Not very truthful at all. It's obvious they're only there for a paycheck. This is people's lives that they're playing with. Back to Walgreens and CVS.

Delivery man banged on my door like he was the police. The pharmacist just says ok ok ok when you are speaking to him at the wrong part of your conversation. I feel like they are not listening as well as I was very disturbed by the delivery driver. The pharmacist also refused to transfer my prescriptions to the pharmacy of my choice.

Horrible Pharmacy! My medication is never delivered on time. It's not same day delivery. In the past few months it's been about 4 times that I have to go to work without my medication or go to work late because I have to wait till they open and get it myself.

All the staff there works with you completely satisfies you you get your script picked up at your house and drop back off the medication in the same day if you needed it they go beyond to try to help the customers switching pharmacies is the best thing I've done in a long time
