Came in to ask the clerk if they sell car battery, the clerk said yes, followed up with if they can help with installation, the clerk said no and just walked away. Worst customer service ever. Luckily a customer overheard the conversation and pointed me to where I should go.

The service here was awesome. One employee there helped me with motor oil because I saw online they had one brand for only $4 however when he checked apparently it was some sale because it was pricing at almost $10 he went back and forth checking every motor oil they had on their shelf to find one that was around the $5 price and after checking about a dozen types he found me a motor oil for like $6 & because I needed to buy 5 quarts he also ended up helping me by using a discount they offered really just going above and beyond to help me out with my purchase. I now always use this particular Napa store for any things auto related I ever need or questions I may have.
