PICTURE ATTACHED! If there was a 0 star rating they would have that. I am soooo hurt and disappointed in this car shop. I thought they were genuine in doing work on my car. Turns out they are a scam! I went to them to get my spark plugs done. They fixed that but a week later I started having trouble with my right front strut. Now if you're doing work on spark plugs there is no reason to touch the strut. I took my car to another mechanic who saw that they removed my tension bolt for my strut (the part to keep the strut in place). The mechanic told me there was no way it fell off by itself and someone had to take it off. Well, who was the last mechanic to touch my car, MUNDO MOTORS. I am hurt because you obviously saw I had a carseat in my car. You would really put myself and my kids at risk???? For what? I would have easily come to you guys whenever I needed something fix but to do something like this is horrible. I will NEVER go back to Mundo Motors and I would never reccomend anyone to go to them. They are a bunch of fraudulent people.

She knows I’m coming for my car purposely closes the shop at 3:30 now I can’t go to work called over 100x nobody answer so Unprofessional and it’s the weekend she is fraud I paid almost $4,000 and she has to fix what she fixed already ! Im calling my credit card I don’t know where that charge came from . Stop trying To play us this is the only reason why she isn’t getting business this would be the last thing I fix with herService: Brake service & repair

I came into this place to get a paint job and I paid about 7-10 thousand dollars worth of all sorts of repairs on my car. They took a over a month to get my car painted and would constantly tell me “the paint guy isn’t here” “he said he’ll be here tomorrow” “it’s his fault he’s a alcoholic”. These were all words from the owner herself and it was just terrible. They broke my Mercedes back logo and when I asked where it was she clearly stated it was broken but I have picture evidence that my logo was perfectly intact. It’s been over 2-3 months and this lady doesn’t want to replace my logo because she “didn’t work on it” and everyday I call she says “I have to call the mechanics who worked on it because I don’t know” this place shouldn’t even be called a business it’s absolutely trash. When I finally received my car it has dirt and debris all underneath the paint it was just atrocious. I didn’t even get the color I picked for whatever reason and she still charged me for “top of the line products” so it could “last a long time” and within 2 weeks paint started chipping. Honestly this place is terrible and if they mess something up on your vehicle don’t expect them to take ownership. She lost multiple pieces of my car and has yet to replace them.
