Entirely overpriced! Had one outlet put above our stove so we could place a microwave above it. Two techs came onsite and installed one outlet and charged us $727! Gave no indication what the cost would be but did state that if we decided not to place it, there would still be a $100 service charge. I would not recommend this company. With some patience and some YouTube tutorials, we could have installed it for about $5.00. What a ripoff!!

Windstorm took out my electricity. The team from Mr. Electric showed up promptly. Completed the work in a very short amount of time and did an excellent job cleaning up and making sure that everything was correct.

Sent a service rep to my home within an hour or two of my call. Price quote for what needed to be done was reasonable, and most importantly the work was started the next morning without delay. Adam the electrician was accommodating, polite, professional, communicated well and completed the job on time. His work was very clean, and I can tell he takes pride in what he does. Highly recommend.

Todd McCarley with Piper Water Restoration; I got an emergency call by an insurance adjuster, requesting that Piper Water Restoration restore Power to a home that was damaged during a rain and wind storm that caused a branch from a tree to strike the main power line that ran from home to main power source at Road, which caused and Ark in th3 home catching the hall bathroom exhaust fan on fire. The city had come out and pulled the meter. This happened late on Friday. The insurance company called Piper Water Restoration to restore power to home on Monday around 3:30 PM. I called Mr Electric and they met me at around 4:30 PM. Mr Electric pulled the permit and had all Electrical fixed and inspected by the next afternoon and power was restored. The home owner was out of power for approximately 4 days. The insurance company would gave put them in a hotel room, but they had certain conditions that being home is where they needed to be, so getting the power on quickly was a priority for them and Mr Electric was very professional, took no short cuts and got the job done in more than a timely manner. All the Technicians where 100% professional. The home owner was setting on the porch and over heard one of the technicians talking with the other technician and over heard him tell the technician to take his time and to do the job correctly. This meant alot to the home owner and it meant alot to me, because when I sub a contractor out to do a Job For Piper Water Restoration and they impress the customers it also makes me look good also. It is hard finding good people today, but they are out there and Mr Electric in Johnson City TN is one of them, I highly recommend this Franchise and will be using them professionally and personally. I also worked for ServiceMaster Restoration for 16 years and used Mr Electric several times and never had any dissatisfied customers or any issues with the technicians, workmanship or with the owner Avery Pennington! As other reviews state, their prices are definitely insane! There is a $39.95 service charge but quite deceiving since you might be left with the surprise of a big bill ($550). The customer service team was responsive but left a bad impression for rescheduling my prior appointment to three days later and misplacing our address. While we were told the tech was "in the neighborhood", he arrived 50 minutes late to the prior scheduled time the tech arrived. I ended up being late to work waiting for the tech to arrive and we had to reschedule our morning plans just to find out we were going to be stuck with surprisingly expensive bill ($550) for

I hired Mr. Electric to install a new wire To a new breaker for a double oven we are putting in. I called and set up the appointment, I was told they could complete service that day or I had a year to use the quote. The morning of the first appointment I waited around from 8-11 for the window and then called because they hadn’t shown up. The receptionist provides excellent customer care . Electrician, Sergey Lange, Mr. Electric of Clark County, WA, is highly competent, professional, friendly, patient with customer questions and concerns. He completed a mountain of work in one 12 hour day based on an approved task based quote for the job. He installed four new lines and relabeled the garage electrical panel in preparation for a garage remodel mini split, refrigerator, central vacuum and powerful motor new insulated garage doors. New lighting and outlets also installed. I was anxious about it all and he remained calm.
