Mr Ricardo your attitude deserved less then one star you don’t deserve to be in a customer service position.Ricardo was in a bad mode today I’m wondering if this was Ricardo’s last day at the job he didn’t answered my single question kept cut me off in conversation I thought if I talked to him more then next 2 minutes he will punch me he kept yelling talked too loud I don’t believe it oh my goodness not recommend anybody to deal withRicardo the Crazy lol

The best experiences I have had today was when I came to this office, the two people who assisted me were very kind to me, they treated me with a lot of respect and made me laugh. They also helped me and my son very well, better than ever. What I expected since I went to other places and wasted my time but here with them I didn't waste my time at all I recommend it 100%

Ricardo was very helpful! I went into the store yesterday looking for some info on possibly trading a phone. Ricardo was very straight to the point and helpful with exactly what I needed. He did not try to upsell me anything which I really appreciated because he respected the only reason why I was there. He politely and kindly asked me to wait so that he could help another customer with a quick problem which I did not mind. Once he helped a customer he very quickly and easily returned to helping me with what I needed and got me out quick! Definitely better than any other phone provider store I’ve been too!

The guy that assisted my sister and I was extremely rude. I had to call corporate on him. He tried to make us feel very small as we asked for assistance. There was a Spanish family in front of us that walked away from the line to look at the phones, so my sister and I proceeded to the front desk. I asked him if I could ask him some questions about the phone they had because we just left Walmart and they had a metro phone for $35. He is that promotion is no longer. I then asked what is the cheapest phone they have now he said about $125 dollars. I said that is the cheapest? He said with activation fees and taxes. He also said they had a free one. I said we will take the free one he then said it would be still over $100 with activation fees and taxes. I told him I never heard of activation fees and taxes being that high. My sister then said to me, that's why she didn't want a phone from Metro store just her account number and pin so she could keep her phone number. The man then said we had to wait because there were people in front of us. I said they went off to look at phones. He said I don't understand Spanish people, that how we do. Then he started talking in spanish to the guy and I told him that was rude because we speak english only. He should not be speaking spanish while we are here talking with him. He acted as if he didn't care, so I called corporate and reported him. As I'm reporting him he asked to speak with them and told them I got angry with him because of the prices he told me.

Great customer service provided by Joselyn, she was beyond helpful with my port in from another company, she don’t give up easy !!! She was very patient and help me in the everything!!! Also Ricardo was awesome too !! Deff I recommend this store to everyone!!! 5 stars !!

Yesterday, I called 611 to cancel a phone my Dad lost. The operator canceled my # instead. I rushed down to the store & was helped by an awesome young woman. She even got me a discount when they had to reactivate my #. I bought a new case & screen protector too. If you're reasonable the staff can be great. If you act like a jerk- you get what you give. You catch more flies with honey.
