I went in here for the first time today just to get some information because i want to leave Boots mobile. But i couldn't get noooo help because the person behind the counter did not speak No EnglishI don't understand how they have someone behind the counter and can't help no one because they don't speak English, i will not go back there again. They were also another person outside calling metro PCS on the phone because they also couldn't get no help. It's ridiculous

I been with metro since they took over pocket wireless. My phone was not taking charge.so I get a new phone.so the case was extra.they use to give a case.screen protector is a little small.and he didn't tell me no kickstand.also I asked if any charging cube is good.he said yes.but wrong.the wire has two small ends.no USB end.and as a customer we should get a deal.like new customers.anything off will be nice.

I went to the grand Ave store at 9:30am on 6/25 to have my phone switched to an unlocked phone by a metro customer service representative. The woman working at that time told me that I had to go back to the Manchester store, where I bought the phone I was currently using, in order for this very simple service to be provided. She absolutely out right refused to do her job. I then went to foxon Blvd where a rep named Alex was very nice and took all of 2 minutes to help me. Alex told me that they receive complaints regularly for the grand Ave location. I then tried to call the grand Ave store in front of the rep Alex twice and the grand Ave store did not answer the phone. Alex again, said that this is a regular issue. I have filed several complaints about this incident. This woman should be fired for refusing to do her job.
