This place is run by two young females that are very rude and only interested in how they possibly were trained in just up selling. Also prices mysteriously change.
It is very busy but not enough people work to attend to the traffic being it is downtown and in a populated area.
I wouldn't even give it one star. I also asked for a higher up owner, manager and still my concerns were being ignored

The people inside know nothing about anything there job has to offer I walked in multiple times only to get confused responses because the staff aren’t prepared for when an actual customer has a problem

If I could have given an zero I I have been a customer of Metro PCs not only in Connecticut but also in Florida never have I been so disrespect as I was in this or any other business in my 67 years on earth. This little girl wasn’t raised properly. I realize you may be miserable but I am not joining in the misery.line.You would have thought she had to go to the bathroom. The level of disrespect was unbelieveable this girl acted as though her daddy owned the store and had no possibly of being fired. Just yesterday I was treated respectfully and professionally I switched my service from Nverizon to Metro PCs. I would not avoid the but I would stay clear of this angry girl. I have never seen her before and hope never to see her again.

Ravneet in the church street is the best employee I have seen so far. She is so patient and have best customer service. Wonderful. She definitely deserves a raise.

Dalimar has great customer service. She is also very kind and she knows exactly what she’s doing. She didn’t stop trying until she resolved my issue she was very dedicated and made my experience at metro way better. Thanks Dali :)
