This is the most organized and well run makerspace that I have ever seen. They have some top notch tools there with instructional videos along with plenty of helpful instructors and classes to get people started. Also very reasonably priced memberships.

MakeHaven is hands down the best maker space of the several I have been a part of or toured. The team is dedicated and capable; the space, infrastructure, and capabilities are constantly being expanded; the cost of membership has stayed affordable and consistent; and every effort is made to encourage us, the members, to play an active part in the function & direction of the space. I deeply appreciate this place and consider it one of the very best things about New Haven.

This just might be the best-equipped makerspace in the solar system. Helpful staff and volunteers are always willing to give advice about your projects.

I joined last fall after taking a rug tufting class and haven't looked back. The equipment and availability of facilitators to help you achieve your goals/projects is amazing. The membership fees are super reasonable. I'm so glad I finally bit the bullet and checked MakeHaven out.

Make haven is a place for craftsmen. I personally reccomend signing up for make haven with a partner you plan on collaborating with. If your not walking in already having a skill in a certain craft like metalwork, woodwork, or sewing there's not going to be much you can do. I don't think it's a place just to tinker.

With wildly friendly and helpful volunteer staff, a clean setup, and so many different mini maker spaces within their studio, it's truly haven for creativity! I went for a group bonding activity and left eager to get a membership.
