Stand at lumber saw area waiting for someone to help me for half hour and finally some idiot show up and cut the piece of wood wrong. So I have to go borrow a circular saw from a friend to recut it myself. Absolutely worse Lowes store I have been to.

Purchased windows from them back in mid October. They told me on the day of the instal that the slider door was smashed in their warehouse and they won’t be installing anything until a replacement comes in. (Wasted use of a day off from work for me)
They also broke an existing window doing the original measurements. So I now have gone October, November, December & January with cold winter wind blowing into my bedroom.
I’ve had to call them every time for updates. Still sitting in the cold at home.
Running my heat constantly because of them. My side at home business has been disrupted for months now. Sitting in a home with everything all over the place because they need access to instal the windows and zero timeline was given that they have met.
Regret is what I feel choosing Lowe’s.

Needed help looking for a piece to my power washer Lucky helped me out, went completely out of his way to help me and find what I needed. Every other staff member I walked by was extremely friendly and said hi as well. Great experience here and Lucky gave me 12/10 service
