Can I go lower than one star.....Four months to have a basic patio door installed...Ordered in June...two weeks for delivery..another two weeks before intall...slider arrived damaged...SO..another two + weeks for replacement....and two more weeks for install.....2nd attempt finds another problem with the stationary door....AND another two + weeks for replacement...Multiple calls to Corporate....almost zero communication from the store....Corporate was sympathetic and the Install team was of great help..

I bought a washing machine for on 9/12/23 along w/the delivery fee ($600). The salesperson said we had 48hrs to return it. It didn't perform as we'd hoped so I returned it on 9/16/23 (an hour & a half before the actual 48hr mark), but Lowes wouldn't honor it. The manager said that they changed their policy & that the 48 window starts on the Day Of Purchase. I thought they were kidding because that "MAKES NO SENSE". How can we assess a product if it hasn't arrived yet?...& they know the exact date & time of all deliveries...& I know this because they showed me my delivery info on their computer screen. Why implement a policy that is a BLATANT SCAM? Lowe's made 97 Billion last year so to enforce this RIDICULOUS policy is in hopes of saving a dollar is DISGUSTING. They were my "go-to-spot" (I am a contractor), but I WON'T BUY AS MUCH AS A PAPER CLIP from them, ever again & I hope no one else does.

They are horrible with customer service. Completely frustrating. Go somewhere else, or at least not the Lowe's in New Haven!

This particular Lowe's is hit or miss. At times I've gone to the other big home improvement/hardware chain and walked out when I couldn't find anyone to help me. The few folks I did see at the other place neither greeted me nor even so much as smiled at me. Then I went to this Lowe's and the employees were super friendly and helpful. Though that was in the past. The most recent time I went to this Lowe's, there were hardly any employees working. One looked right at me and didn't say a word or even smile. I went to check out and there was literally no one working the checkout lines. I must say I did notice a sign while walking in that said they were hiring and suggested filling out an application inside...so I suppose they were short staffed. I ended up going to the service/returns desk and the employee (who had not acknowledged me or smiled at me minutes earlier) was then very friendly and helpful, offering no protest when I told her I was there (at the returns desk) to purchase an item. Not only have I had better luck at this Lowe's virtually every other time I've been here in the past, but their prices are cheaper than the other guys! I suppose that, at the very least, will keep me coming back. Hopefully next time they will be more adequately staffed.

So, I came here for a blink camera. I thought it in and out. Are companies pay their employees to just give their the consumer their ads to kiss! Please train your employees about consumer service! This how companies get paid!

Lowe's appliance delivery is done through a 3rd party. I have never been treated so poorly! The delivery personal was shocked that I wanted my range inside my home. I am beyond words. One of the delivery personal had such an attitude and threatened that they were going to leave my range outside and I could deal with Lowes Copy and paste video surveillance from delivery below

My order was delayed four times, receiving notice only the day of that my order would not be delivered. I did receive a discount from one of the store managers for this issue, which I appreciated but other employees were not so helpful and were, at times, rude. After I received the discount, the order was delivered and it was not assembled properly, which caused damage to the grill. I also made a complaint to the Customer Service center and they offered me a 10% discount off a future purchase which I explained I never want to purchase anything from a Lowe's again so that was not helpful.

I wish I can give a 0, because 1 star is too much. This is properly the worst facility I've had to deal with in a long time. Trying to reach the right department over the phone is near impossible. I was placed on hold for nearly 30 minutes, bounced back and forth between people, only to get someone on the 5th try that hung up the phone on me after I state the fact that I have been bounced around. I placed an order since June that was never delivered and I am not able to reach anyone to fix the problem, so now I have to drive down there in person to try and resolve this issue.

I went online to find a lowe's that had a particular cafe table I wanted. The chat person came up. I mentioned my local Lowe's and was informed they didn't have it and there wern't any stores in my area with the table in stock. No problem. I'll just order it online. The order went through, I opted to have it assembled for $10.00, shipping came to a whopping $80.00, so with tax my $100 table came to over $200 snd delivery would be in two days. Thinking thats very fast, I noticed it was being shipped from New Haven, a mere 30 minute drive from my house. I could easily have driven to get it myself had I only known. When the table didn't arrive on the due date I called the shipping department and was told they couldn't do it that day maybe in a day or two. I called again after 2 days and was met by coufusion and excuses like a glitch in the computer to the computers down. About the same time I was calling I got an email stating the delivery was made. I had to go away for a few days and on my return still don't have my table. i tried to call but this time I asked for customer service and sat on hold for over 30 minutes before giving up. I'd cancel the order but I don't trust these people to be able to give me my money back. What do I do now? I'm suprised because I didn't think Lowe's was a fly-by-night company. This is the worse experience I ever had with a retail outlet.

Terrible order delivery service. Delivered in rain and nothing was covered, all other lowes locations cover their deliveries. Wrong items sent and multiple issues with quality. The person packing the order packed trim I ordered which had huge chunks missing from the moulding. Unbelievably unacceptable.

ordered a chest freezer and when received it was damaged , few dents some small but one was big , contacted Lowes customer service and was offered 10% off which i don't agree , in my opinion the delivery charge should be voided since it happened on transit , the freezer works very good but not too happy with customer service

I ordered a gas range online to be delivered, was given a delivery day of Sunday between 10:30 am and 2:30 pm . The tracking said it was loaded and enroute.. 2:30 came and went .. Made a phone call to the delivery service and was told the item wasn't put on the truck and The sore should have called..After about an hour on the phone with the store they had no idea why it wasn't delivered.. Then that evening they supposedly figured out that there wasn't any inventory available.. how was I able to purchase one and get a delivery date?? Just very poor service !!!! The delivery service just decided not to deliver it!!!!!! I wasn't even offered any compensation or delivery the next day!!!! Very poor customer service!!

Just had a terrible experience just finding out if Lowe's has an item in stock ... very unorganized!! Before I took a ride out to the store I decided to call to see if they had my item in stock. They do not have an option for garden center on their menu when you call not even an option for Customer Service. I decided to choose option two which was for curbside service they put me on hold for an hour. I decided to hang up and call back. The person on the other line had no idea what I was talking about and I had to start over from scratch. She put me on hold and then decided to forward me to the garden shop. No one picked up the phone and I was hung up on after the timer rang out on the call. I called back again this time they said oh we are checking to see if we have your item in stock. Put me on hold again now they come back and say we are out of stock on your item. What a waste of a morning
