I have spoken with a representative, and she didn't help me at all. I wanted to know some information and I didn't get that from her. I was really disappointed because I had dealt with these people in 2015 with a security deposit. That day, she spoke to me as if she knew nothing,

This agency is a complete fraud! - There's a true disconnect between actual assistance, professionalism and decorum; this agency lacks much! I was provided a job offer of, Outreach Navigator and accepted; unfortunately, at the end I wasn't given the job!? - I ridiculously had to wait 6 weeks in-total before being allowed to complete the onboarding process; it took 2+ weeks to receive HR paperwork which came from an office in the same city 'which made no sense', I had to get medical testing done, was thoroughly vetted and did EVERYTHING that was required of me even though I was inconvenienced and delayed multiple times, I still took everything in strive. I even had to travel out my way to do an impromptu interview with the director even though I was already offered the job and provide the HR paperwork and identification 'presuming this was the last step' but, no it wasn't it was a complete 180, after providing my identification I was asked for a driver's license and when I replied in saying that I don't drive and/or have a car the job was abruptly taken away; I was completely dumbfounded and quite perturbed because a license being a prerequisite was NEVER discussed during my initial interview and I asked multiple questions and not once was a car talked about, even the duties of the position were completely different - it's obvious that this agency including its workers and director don't know if their coming or going because why the disconnect in information? This IS and WAS clearly a bait-and-switch job offer! SMH The Director even caught and attitude with me and changed her tone like I was in the wrong because I stood my ground, spoke up for myself and let the obvious unprofessionalism be known, she tried to reprimand me for her and her colleague's error and that was not going to work for me. Let it be known that this agency and its job postings are sketchy please be aware and don't let them waste your time as they did mines for a month plus! All-in-all it's their loss; as it was stated in my initial interview, "You're overqualified, I didn't think you would accept because of your vast experience and higher education!" $20+ to drive homeless people around and you have to work on the weekends please, unsanitary, a safety risk and unrealistic! AGAIN, be aware of this unreputable agency, getting federal funding to not really help anyone but, themselves. The people that do work at Liberty both downtown and on East Street dress unprofessionally, are ghetto as hell and conduct themselves improperly...I dodged a bullet!!

They really couldn’t help me after bringing all the documents they needed, I’m still homeless but since I work they wouldn’t help me in anyway or form?? Very unprofessional of them to do such a thing knowing it was cold out there so I had to find refuge in a hotel and they said I’m not homeless so they where expecting for me to freeze out there but at the end of the day I got denied help!!

I just needed a little help with security deposit . I was 8.5 months pregnant when I applied. I was collecting from my job because I went on a leave to relax to have my baby... it was enough to pay rent/bills.. again I just needed that little help. They said I didn’t qualify..... lol so am I supposed to have zero income & relying fully on state sssistance in order to qualify ? I was very confused as to how I didn’t qualify
