Please watch out, this is a scam.Address, system, and communication mirrors a scam company. They call many years 1 year and one half. A trustable company goes back a decade. Do your own research and verify for yourself. The program offered was not better than traditional Conventional Banking backed up by FDIC, I would only go with hard lenders that have an NMLS number and there are plenty of.If they are legit, they will work on getting their own NMLS number, and I will be open to do plenty of business with them and put a great review.

Working with the Lend Some Money team was such a smooth process. Mike was super knowledgeable, but the rest of the team was also super helpful. I've had horrible experiences with other lenders that I almost gave up on hard money and tried to source funds on my own without success. Other lenders I've tried were tedious with having to print, scan and email the forms in. Communication was always clear and they kept me up to date. The portal is great and it was super convenient to upload and esign documents from my phone while away from my computer.

My fiancé and I started real estate investing earlier this year We were referred to Lend Some Money by a friend. Application process was easy and responses were quick to get back a quote. Portal is easy to use and is easier than digging through our email to look at the last response. The closing went without a hitch and was faster than I expected. The team also was very patient. We had a lot of "dumb" questions that more experienced people probably know, that were answered quickly. They also had some great advice and offered suggestions on things we didn't think of. Excited to find another property!

Great group of people. I'm not new to investment but am new to the real estate front. Their staff took the time to answer my questions, no matter how simple. Application process was quick and easy. Didn't move forward with the loan due to circumstances outside of their control (property fell through), but wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future. Thanks guys

Do yourself, you business and your family a favor and contact Mike Barker and Jonathan Allen at Lend Some Money to fund your next property investment! I used Lend Some Money to fund 3 Fix and Flips, as well as several fix flip and rental hold properties. LSM was a professional, responsive tireless advocate for me with the various lenders they worked with. They held the lenders to task to deliver on the terms they started with, which was a refreshing change from the last minute changes in terms I dealt with in the past with other lender/brokers. They have multiple contacts and were able to quickly secure the funding that fit my needs. Not only did this allow me to move efficiently with my projects but made me more competitive in the bidding process. Prior to working with LSM, I was losing a lot of bids. The loan products that Mike and Jonathan set up for me allowed me the ability to close quicker than my competitors which has allowed me greatly expand my investment portfolio. I would have lost a lot of bids had it not been for all the work Jonathan Allen and Mike Barker. Because of LSM I am on my way to financial freedom!
